This place used to be awesome. This last time not at the level anymore. You can find find better places at coruña for the price

An old fashioned restaurant away from the town centre. I only tried 2 dishes but I wasn’t wowed by either of them. Service was excellent though.

Worst paella in town. The rise was uncooked. I don' recommend

Artabria was an experience with more than we could have ever asked for. We were offered an aperitif with our drinks which was incredible. I had the beef with Roquefort cheese. My boyfriend had lubina and we were both blown away by the quality of the food. Everything was fresh and tasteful and plated thoughtfully. We were definitely the youngest couple there without parents as company (I mean younger than 30) and we don’t get to enjoy fine dining often but this was worth one special night out. The waiters treated us well and we left satisfied.

Very classy, food could be better. Rice is over salty and the Presa Iberica was very chewy. Wontons were OK. Desert was amazing

Extremely good cuisine for a very competitive price I had the degustacion menu and every course was great. Special mention to the langoustines. This is really a no brainer in terms of value for money. Service was quick and well timed Small point : wine by the glass was only OK (but a bargain)

My family, locals in Coruña, comes often; but unfortunately it was just my 1st time. As we were a group of 9 I had the chance to try many dishes and they were all incredible. I really believe that it's harder to get a better deal for dishes as fresh, refined and original as these. We shared starters, and had a main and dessert each, 3 bottles of good godello and one red wine and coffee for 50€ each. This was with 2 "lamprea" dishes that probably increased the bill a bit as they are rare and seasonal specialities. Everything was from out of this world although I was extra impressed with the meat and foie and the walnut cake (basically a walnut coulant that we all agreed was their best dessert).

I attend a conference in A Coruña every year and we usually go to this restaurant. I always enjoy the food here a lot! Everything is excellent, although portion sizes are a bit big. This year the pork in particular was excellent, as was t he foie gras. They also are good with being gluten-free and even had two kinds of gluten-free bread. I know they were able to make vegan meals for some other conference attendees as well.
