Beautiful view over La Coruña. There are huge canons to see, with explanations of the strategic point of the area. Is perfect either for a picnic or for a walk. Very well looked after

Great place to relax and walk about! The views are incredible, you see all Coruña and also the seaside. The park is a weird mixture of war structures and weapons in the middle of lush greenery and huge flower beds. I recomed visiting this place as it's relaxing and very well taken care of, plus the views are incredible!

You can drive or take a nice uphill walk! It has gorgeous views of A Coruña. There is a bit of history to see there too. Old canóns thst used to protect the city are lined along the hill. It is a nice place to go with the family or alone too. You can sit on the grass and have a little picnic too. There is loads of parking and it is a great place to photograph the Tower of Hercules from.

Absolutely stunning views of the city, great spot to take pictures. But more importantly an amazing place to sit and listen to the waves with the wind in your hair and a book in your hands. It feels extremely relaxing to be sat in such a place. The history of the military installations was great to see. Some of the machinery came from Ipswich England which is not to far away from me. The cannons were huge. Next time I am in coruna I will definitely be taking a nice picnic and relaxing at monte de san pedro.

What a beautiful place with an amazing view! It’s a bit windy so take a coat, but is totally worth it! I’ve set on the smoothest grass I’ve ever sat, so green, soft and thick. There are several cannons that were never fired in a battle, and an observatory that is free of charge, with a 360 degrees view and without wind 😅

A beautiful and well maintained park with amazing views. Old gun emplacements still house a couple of large cannon. We tried to get in to see the sunrise but he park is gated and doesn't open until 10am.

Lovely park, which was the location of a gun battery. The big guns are still there. Great views over A Coruña and the Atlantic.

Great place to see Coruña from above. Also the surrounding coast line. Nice bit of history and places to explore.

A place with a fantastic view over the city. The green of the hill and the sea in front make us feel good. It also has historical relevance. The elevator, an icon, was under repair, and so was the observatory. They are essential in the visit. Hopefully everything will work out soon. Even so, I recommend the visit.

We rode up to Monte Pedro in the funicular / cable car thingy, which was an interesting experience in itself. The park at the top of the cliff is a pleasant, and surprisingly large, space with some WW2 ordnance to look at. There is also a nice restaurant / bar where we enjoyed a beer while enjoying the outstanding views.

I love the views from this place. The only think is that the coffee shop has been closed for 4 years and they only have fancy restaurants and by reservations

Such a great escape from the hussle and bustle of the city, within the city. Just peaceful and quite.

The Monte de San Pedro offers amazing views of the city of A Coruña, the Torre of Hercules and the sea. Walk around and if you are brave enough take a picture sitting over one of old canons. The Monte de San Pedro is also home of restaurant Arbore da Veira, one of the best restaurant in the city.

It’s a must to bring visitors and new comers to the best views in town. Also to spend a nice afternoon, for a walk, a date or just relax.

This was definitely a highlight of the trip. There is also a Michelin restaurant right on top of the hill. So worth it. Incredible views and a short hike.

👍👍 One of the best parks in the city. There are many locations within it to rest, have a barbeque, sunbathe or do the exercises. A strong smell of eucalyptus makes the experience absolutely unique and astonishing. I would definitely recommend it.
