This is sooo serious, that they don't know how to explain how the most expensive machine in the entire boutique works... I REPEAT!! €530 And the girl opening the compartments, obviously without knowing, and was learning as she was teaching us. But the thing did not stop there, when we went to pay (delusional of me) when making such a large purchase, I thought they would give me a simple cup or a candle, since on other occasions (I was even passing with another client next to us ) if you buy X amount of capsules they give you that. Yes, I understand that, I already got the discount on the capsules, but what is it hard for Nespresso to give a customer what for them is a small detail and I would leave more than happy. The big problem with these brands is that they gain fame and go to sleep... and they don't realize that there are thousands of brands on the market (such as SMEG) that offer other and more appetizing alternatives... But one who stays with the usual and these things happen... unfortunate. Comienzo diciendo que realicé ya hace un par de semanas, una compra en esta boutique. La compra fueron más de 600€, donde incluía cafetera y cápsulas. El primer problema, que para mí es el más gordo, fué cuando le pedí a los dependientes ayuda sobre el uso de la máquina, ya que una máquina de esa categoría, no es solo meter la cápsula y darle al botón. MI SORPRESA fué que los dependientes no tenían ni pajolera idea de como funcionaba esta, no los culpo, sus palabras fueron: NO TENEMOS FORMACIÓN DE ESTA MÁQUINA, SI QUIERES SABER COMO FUNCIONA, TE RECOMIENTO VER VÍDEOS EN LA PROPIA WEB/YOUTUBE. Esto es muuuuy grave, que no sepan explicarte como funciona la máquina más cara de toda la boutique... REPITO!! 530€ Y la chica abriendo los compartimentos, sin saber obviamente, e iba aprendiendo según nos iba enseñando. Pero no se quedó ahí la cosa, cuando fuimos a pagar (ilusa de mí) al realizar una compra tan grande, pensé que me regalarían una simple tacita o una vela, ya que en otras ocasiones (incluso estaba pasando con otra clienta a nuestro lado) si compras X cantidad de cápsulas te regalan eso. Que sí, eso lo entiendo, que ya me llevé el descuento en las cápsulas, pero que le cuesta a Nespresso regalar a una clienta lo que para ellos es un pequeño detalle y yo me iría mas que contenta. El gran problema de estas marcas, es que se ganan la fama y se echan a dormir... y no se dan cuenta de que hay mil firmas en el mercado ( como SMEG) que ofrecen otras alternativas y más apetecibles... Pero una que se queda con lo de siempre y pasan estas cosas... lamentable. Llevo más de una semana esperando que se pongan en contacto conmigo para realizar una hoja de reclamaciones... y porque llamé hoy... cual fué su respuesta? QUE SE LA PELA. Y yo lo tengo muy claro, yo no pienso recomendar nunca más Nespresso y tengo muchos familiares que se la compraron después de yo recomendarle las máquinas. Ah! Tenía pensado regalarme una a mis padres... pero ni de broma, antes se toman el soluble.
