The lady at the cafeteria is unpleasant and rude, she has a mini menu of 4 things and when you ask about anything on the menu she rudely tells you that she doesn't have it. He orders you to take the things to the table and in a very sharp way. I don't understand that a hospital allows this type of attitude. I hope they improve since it is not a good thing to be in the hospital to have to put up with people like that.

It has the nicest public hospital waiting room you are likely to find, and it needs to be because you often have to wait for 2 hours for your number to be called. It only has one screen though - not helpful to the visually challenged, which is ironic given it's mainly an eye hospital 🤦

The worst hospital. Lack of empathy with the sick. And by the way according to one of the nurses. Social security is a mi.... Since we are on charity that's how it paints us. And the taxes we pay are not for healthcare. And if they charged us 30 percent for each income, maybe it would be better. That nurse is great.

(Translated by Google) Specialty Hospital. Spectacular solarium that is used as a waiting room with wonderful light and comfort. You have several entries depending on the specialty and it is a bit confusing. The main drawback is the non-existent parking or even worse, you see parked cars but it is really prohibited so at any time they can fine you or take the car. In exchange there is a nearby bus line, 3, 3A, 17, 23 and 23A and also a paid parking lot but for people from outside it is difficult to get there easily since it is also at the opposite end of the entrance to the city.

The facilities are good but the attention and organization is not good, it doesn't matter if you arrive early or late, they never attend to you on time (minimum 1 hour and up to 3 hours late from the appointment I received on all occasions) People are always in a hurry and some are in a bad mood, I don't know if they don't have enough staff or the majority are civil servants without a vocation because it seems that you go there as a favor and with the immense luck of being given an appointment instead of belonging to you by name. right with the terrible amount that is withheld from your payroll every holy month. It is difficult to ask for hours at work because you never know when you are going to leave there even if you have an early appointment, but this matters little to them.

NO VUELVOOOOOOOOO!!

I remember about 20 or more years ago that my grandfather (military) went to this Hospital, the Military Hospital at that time, and he was delighted. The truth was that it was a great center to go to. Today it still is but only because of the great professionalism of the healthcare team (for which I only have good words), however at the organizational level it is a regrettable joke. To begin with, it is a Hospital without Parking, this would not matter for those of us who can walk without a problem or easily take public transport there, but there are only 3 parking spaces for the disabled, there being plenty of room to do more (my father, disabled with mobility reduced, we already ruled out going by car and we always go in taxis because there is never room). And the last one was today, they scheduled cataract surgery for this afternoon, the man (diabetic and multiple pathologies in addition to the mobility difficulty that I have already mentioned) spends his 8 hours fasting, preparing his bag with his medication, sneakers , bathrobe and pajamas, they tell him that he has to go with a clean head and face so he tells us he wants to go freshly showered (as you can imagine, showering takes him a lot of time) etc... everything as they had indicated to him in detail, he We put his preoperative eye drops, he makes the physical effort to go to the hospital, I show up with him at the indicated time and we wait there for another 2 long hours in the surgical area. And he, anxious and nervous all day as anyone can be before an operation, no matter how simple it may be. Result, after more than 2 hours of waiting, at night, they tell us that the surgery is postponed due to lack of time (I suppose they would schedule extra surgeries for that afternoon) and that they have to come back another day. The whole process and in total almost 12 hours of fasting for nothing. As I said, there is nothing to say about the healthcare team, they are very professional and empathetic, but the organization of the Hospital is a REAL DISASTER!!!! I was about to file a complaint but so that...the Ministry or whatever competent body is going to ignore me, so at least I'm letting off steam by publishing this here. If they did it to me I wouldn't care but... OUR ELDERS DO NOT DESERVE THIS, HAVE A LITTLE RESPECT FOR THEM PLEASE!!! Update: Back to the hospital to perform the surgery and again the health team of 10. The nurses, guards etc... a delight (how nice and lovely everyone was ❤️!!) and the surgeon very attentive to us, thank you so much for being so close and professional!!! However, the receptionist who was on the first floor in the afternoon is rude. I ask her a question (simply if I have to get a number or notify in some way the patient's arrival for the surgery appointment) and she throws me out of there almost shouting telling me that that doesn't work with her, that I should ask the surgery floor with very bad manners. Madam, we all have problems and we don't take it out on others. If you are bitter in your job facing the public, I don't blame you. Go home or do something else, there are people on unemployment waiting in line!!

There is no one in information... Nor do they have QR to make appointments. You definitely need a health card since it seems that here they schedule you for surgery at 8 but there is no one working to tell you where you have to go... Not even in the other building either. They say we should wait here because at 7:30 the information people come and start quoting... We keep waiting for these supposed people to appear...

A disaster. They tell you that you go home the same day of the operation and then you stay there to sleep. The next day, the doctor comes by at 10 in the morning and it's 3 in the afternoon and the urologist still hasn't deigned to come by...what a shame.

To get them to answer me to make an appointment I had to call for days and days in a row. Now, I have been waiting for 5 months for the letter with the appointment to arrive and nothing, it is unfortunate to be having a bad time and that it takes so long to make an appointment for a consultation. Very disappointed and overwhelmed.

I left there very happy with the professionalism that he has shown me. of 10 👍 lightning department I hope that the review reaches the person who treated me, because it's nice to meet health personnel like this!! (Translated by Google) My brother had a "preferential" appointment for cardiology on September 30, a week before they changed it to October 17, without notifying us, we find out through the application. We go there and they tell us that the doctor cannot go that day and that is why they changed it, I file a claim and the lady (very rude and rude, by the way) tells me that this is not a reason for a claim, that " works" the institution. Well, on October 17 my brother goes to the consultation and the cardiologist, one of these deified doctors and rude to the core, did not see our faces in the 10 minutes that the "consultation" lasted, literally never took his eyes off the computer and With a lot of cheek he tells my brother that he has nothing, he did not want to see the tests that my brother brought where he says that he has THE VALVE AND THE AORTIC VEIN DAMAGED with a recommendation to have surgery in 6 months!!! He did not listen to his chest, nor did he see the previous tests, nor did he order ANY tests, he just said that my brother had nothing, because it must be that he is God or a fortune teller!! My brother had a preferential appointment, that was what the happy INSTITUTION had determined because it is something that you cannot live with, if you do not have surgery your heart will be damaged!! When will they consider that IF he has something? When is a transplant necessary or when I die? Alas one less!! Pity and disgust gives me!! Pena y asco me da!!

Bad treatment with patients, it happened to me that I made an appointment with the dermatologist and, as it happened that I had more than one skin-related ailment, she refused to treat both, telling me that the consultation was only for the initial ailment, that for the second would need a second appointment. All with very bad manners, of course, as if he were doing me a favor by serving me.

😠 It is more than evident that the emergency service of this hospital is undersized..., there is a lack of resources and personnel. After two and a half hours of waiting I leave without being attended to, and it is not the first time this has happened. The care at the Quiron Hospital is much more agil...

😠 And because you can't subtract stars...because not even the minimum that they require to be able to publish is deserved...not a bad place, the following... The greenery outside is very good...but since it is a rehabilitation center, the paving of the paths doesn't get along well with wheelchairs.....

😠 I came to this clinic through an Oferplan coupon and my experience has been very negative. I cannot assess on a technical level how they work because I did not get to undergo the treatment. The treatment received leaves much to be desired. After asking how late they were (after 35 minutes had passed...
