Organized and well-run hospital, at least the impression it gives at first glance, patients controlled and monitored. There is wheelchair access, and wheelchair accessible parking, also bathrooms and a cafeteria to eat and drink during the long waits that usually occur.

Once again healthcare is in a tailspin. Lack of control triage, lack of control, etc. Waiting time I can edit the review in 4 hours and I will be here.

We arrived after having operated on my son in the afternoon at 5 in the morning. It was 7 o'clock, the auxiliary nurses had not attended to ANYONE, smoking and playing Parcheesi. The unpleasant man at the reception does not have an answer to anything. We went to the waiting room and it looked like a nightclub. Among the TVs that were very loud with music for a waiting room for sick people. They do not pass on to any patients. He asked a girl in green who was there, I told her that he had been operated on in the afternoon and that he was having a lot of pain. He tells us that we have to wait at least 3 or 4 hours. People get sick, older gentlemen, on stretchers in the hallway. Terrible. And the sick doctors outside the hospital smoking. Everyone is told HUMANITY and EMPATHY. Instead of smoking, continue working as we all have to do in our jobs. Keep going and going.

I already made my review on the Chuac emergency room, the treatment by the nurses and assistants is terrible, we didn't ask Patch Adams but a little education wouldn't be bad, but what I find amazing are the false five-star reviews that don't know that Nobody believes it. It is a shame!!!!

Five hours in the pit area and they still take time to serve you. Instead of going on strike so much to raise your salary, hire more staff. It is inconsiderate to have 100 people waiting for you to attend to them with two or three guards. That's if they don't give priority to Galician or Spanish people, but they do put foreign people ahead of one or another! Whoever handles the emergency issue should resign!

My 87-year-old mother stumbled and fell. She was admitted to the emergency room at 10:45 p.m. It is now 7:55 a.m. and in 9 HOURS they have only done one x-ray. I just asked if it is normal to spend 9 hours without anyone giving you a diagnosis and the answer is that we are on schedule and that the traumatologist has to see it. that there is a traumatologist and that he is the one for the entire hospital. I know you can call this an emergency, there are people here who have been in a chair for 9 hours. You come for the emergency room because you feel unwell and what awaits you is 9 hours in a chair.

(Translated by Google) Bad experience, emergency unit with arrogant, arrogant staff and with a rather absent human vocation. It would be great not to have to go through there anymore 🙏🙏🙏 (Original) Mala experiencia, unidad de urgencias con personal prepotente, soberbio y con vocación humana más bien ausente.

I with cancer, I spent more than 24 hours on a stretcher without anyone giving me any results from several tests that I had done, when I asked the nurses they responded that you are waiting for a specialist to see you, more than 24 hours waiting, I told the nurse that I was tired of wait, I was going home, a few minutes later a doctor arrived saying that they had forgotten about me, but she had just been informed, she always treats me very well and quickly, the problem is at the change of shift, they always forget the people

(Translated by Google) Today I went to Patient Care to file a claim, it was horrible. 1 ° They have not provided me with a pen to be able to sign it. 2 ° After reading it, he tells me that I have no reason to complain. 3 ° It tells me that the instructions on the back of the claim form do not indicate the way to cover it or that they are wrong. 4 ° He has not sealed the complaint, he has processed it according to 2 documents that he has provided me in which only my personal data came 5th You have typed on the keyboard with the finger of your right hand. 6 ° He tells me that there is no reply period, that if they do not reply in a month, put another one. Nowadays it is very difficult to have a stable job, that less than since you are plugged in that you have a typing course. When the staff does what they want and is not qualified, it generates distrust and anger towards those who are attending. I give 2 stars for those staff who are at the center who are qualified and work every day to care, help, heal .... THANK YOU !!!

(Translated by Google) I have been 3 or 4 times to the emergency room and I have nothing more to be thankful for. They play an excellent role despite being overwhelmed by receiving many cases that are not emergencies but are referred by primary care instead of being treated there ... especially in times of covid.

Very bad experience in the emergency department. I have been several times and there is no way they can refer me to specialists urgently, since I am suffering from infections in my body and the reports are not written according to what I tell them. They recognize that they have no idea what is happening to me and one of the doctors (Jose López Rodríguez) gave me the wrong treatment that did a lot of damage to my body and from which to this day I have not been able to recover, prescribing an unsuitable medication. covered by the SS. Not even doctors agree among themselves. His entire diagnosis is based on telling me to go to the family doctor so that he can refer me again to a specialist at the hospital, which they give me for 6 months. Special mention to Dr. Claudia Beatriz Romay Vázquez, very arrogant who literally told me "no matter how many times you come to the emergency room, we are not going to give you a specialist." I have had to pay 4,000 euros for the private service, carrying out consultations, tests and surgical interventions because of you.
