She is asking me who gave me the appointment, when they had given it to me by phone this morning, so I don't know who gave it to me. When a completely out of place tone arrived from both the administration and the doctor on duty who was going to perform the test. He subsequently refused to tell me when I could know the result and whether I could receive it on the same day or not.     It is the only health center in Coruña where they do not answer the phone. The last time they called me for an emergency they told me to go there and tell them at the counter at 3:00 p.m. I went, I asked at the counter thinking that they would assist me when they could and surprise, they gave me a telephone appointment for 7:00 p.m. telling me to go home. Couldn't they make the appointment over the phone? The way things are, making you go there just to make an appointment is incredible.
