Para la compañia ALSA: Me parece una vergüenza que en la actualidad no permitan viajar en autobuses de mediana y larga distancia en cabina con tu mascota de menos de 10Kg, dentro de un transportín homogolado y con todos los requisitos sanitarios precisos cuando en vuelos internacionales de mas de 12 horas te lo permiten; además de buses urbanos (que suelen estar más aglomerados) o incluso en taxis. Ayer día 08/04 iba a coger un bus de esta compañía el B14 a las 19:30, no se me permitió subir debido a llevar un conejo en un transportín (no pesa ni 2kg y trasportín perfectamente homologado), cuando le indique que en otras ocasiones si se me había permitido me indico que en ese caso podría meterlo en el maletero (1° un maleducado y borde, 2° ni conocía las políticas de la propia empresa para la que trabaja), decidí negarme y me indico que me bajara a ver si tenía más suerte con el siguiente (le sugiero que aprenda a respetar tanto a las personas como a los animales, si no que no trabaje en un servicio público). Una hora más tarde llegó el siguiente busero, el cual me permitio subirme y en la siguiente parada al comunicarlo con la empresa me indico que tenía la opción de bajarme del bus o meter a mi conejo en el maletero (cabe destacar que este busero fue algo más empatico conmigo).Los conejos se estresan mucho, como para que esté en el maletero de un vehículo, por lo que me negué y tuve que buscar una alternativa para poder regresar a mi destino. Después de todo esto me informe en ALSA ya que internet tenía entendido otra cosa y que me había informado y establecen otro tipo de leyes que también varían en función del transporte y comunidad autónoma.
