It is a scam! This hospital is a total cheater, who will never send the regular bill to you until one day you directly receive a letter from the collection company. It is the second time it happens to me and my friend. Avoid this hospital and tell you doctor too!

The reception hung up my phone call because I spoke to them in english. They had time to discuss that I speak english and need to make an appointment in the background (I understand dutch). But have no time to communicate with/help me.

Went this morning for a PCR test. Waited for 1 hour along with many others in the cold to find out no one was serving us and there was no replacement staff on hand to do the PCR tests. Staff was dismissive and very unhelpful. Absolutely disorganized - MCH should be ashamed of themselves for this.

Have the decency to write my name correctly

I saw someone also posted the same thing. My GP sent my blood to this place to test, (and I didn't know which hospital she sent my blood to), and this hospital was a total cheater. I never received the regular paper bill from them for a long time, and one day I directly receive a letter from the collection company. I called the hospital and sent the emails to them, but they didn't want to help at all. Finally, the agent of the collection company threatened me to pay almost 300euro, and the original bill was around 2 euro.... Warning: Avoid this hospital and tell you doctor too!

Good service for PCR tests. I had to wait only 10 minutes in line, and received my test results 3 hours later. I had some difficulty finding the test location, because the navigation signs are insufficient.
