A really one of a kind experience. The small kitchen team led by Kobe cooks everything over wood fire. 20+ courses of vegetables, fish and meat. Liberal use of curing and fermentation techniques. Prepare to leave smelling smokey but satisfied. Go before the building is closed for renovations.

Kobe Desramaults moves to the east, improving everything. Intimate, innovative setup. Vinyl records and smoke. Open kitchen. Awesome food, with his characteristic belgian garden still present. The smoked caviar is world class.

So unassuming from the outside that you may walk passed it without realising, but this is part of its allure. It’s intimate, it’s just amazing. The smoke from the charcoal, the mastery of the chefs in front of your eyes. The staff are all truly talented and this has to be one of the most memorable culinary experiences we have had and the sole reason we visited Ghent! Would 10000% recommend!

Hammer! Sensational! Great! When it comes to what Kobe Desramaults burns in his starry barbecue living room, you run out of superlatives. So simply: a unique experience. (Note: not suitable for people with lung problems, as there are many open fires and the corresponding smell of smoke.)

What an experience! Staff, food, spectacle and location are all out of this world. I'll reveal nothing more, you'll just have to experience this one for yourself .. Bucket list stuff, don't miss!

Entering the chambre is like being invited to someone's house. where Kobe changes the music of his vinyl ... the grills are lit in the background, a very pleasant aroma of smoke while you have a welcome drink at the bar .. then you sit at the main bar and you just have to let yourself go for the magnificent menu and the professionalism of the workers there. Great experience
