It's very convinient location along the road with free private parking, electric charger for our car. Quiet, very well isolated and newly renovated small mansion. Just 30 mins by car to Bruges or Ghent. Il Sogno Italian restaurant near by, botanical garden in a huge park forest Het Leen. Very nicely decorated house, wonderful bed, super clean shower with very top Rituals toiletries, amazing living room with superb garden view! When you cross the doorstep, you can see that you are entering someone's home, not just a usual hotel. Annelies made our stay super cosy and very comfortable. At first, it is very comfy that you can check in till 22.00 and secondly, we really appreciated the opportunity of having breakfast at 10.00 (instead of a standard time slot of 07-10). Also, Annelies is a very friendly hostess who was able to give us all the needed instructions about the city and made the most delicious breakfast. Definitely worth coming back, even just to spend a weekend in such a beautiful house with an amazing terrace and garden!

I travel a lot with my job. All I can say is that I felt at home here. The owners are very kind and friendly, the food is very good, so there is no need to look for a restaurant nearby. The rooms with stylish furniture are large and very clean. The backyard is fabulous, a place to relax. I will definitely come back here again.

This is one of the BEST places we have visited! We called Amèline (the owner) at 01:20 am and she answered and was very friendly and helpful. The room she gave us was AMAZING!!!! Lovely place during the day and the night, SUPER CLEAN and every single detail is taken care of (welcome chocolates, extra towels, coffee machine, and comfy pillows). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! :) Will definitely visit again :)

So much better than any hotel I stayed at in a long time, and coming from a person who stays about 100 nights a year not in his own bed at home, that should mean something. The rooms are just the right size, very clean, very comfortable beds and the garden is wonderful. But the best part of the stay is the excellent service provided by the owners, Annelies and Filip. They cover all details and make sure your stay at Villa Magdalena becomes an experience to share with others.

I have stayed twice in Villa Magdalena and I must say it’s a hidden gem! Situated in Eeklo, right between Brugge and Ghent, is perfect location wise. The rooms are spotless clean and brownie points for such a beautiful and well maintained garden. The hosts Annelies and Filip are very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this BNB, arguably one of my best BNB experience!

Annelies welcomed us very kindly, the room was very cosy and clean. The private bathroom is a plus and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. After a quiet night, the breakfast awaits you in a nice room where you can help yourself cheese, ham, fruits, different breads, coffee, milk, tea, and homemade granola. We recommend this place located between Bruges and Gant.
