The B&B was awesome and the host is so nice! The food was great and the room was so spacious and comfortable! Amazing bang for the buck! The host has bikes available for you to use, which was so fun! You need to ride the bikes around down and to the city centere! It was so fun. The food for breakfast was very tasty and a wide variety which was nice! (And I am not shy to say that I am very picky about everything and this place met up to all my expectations and more!)

Have just enjoyed a lovely 24 hours there before our journey home. The building itself is beautiful. The accommodation is spacious and luxurious. Virginie, the host is probably the nicest host I have ever stayed with. She is very accommodating and thoughtful. Amazing little touches like fizzy drinks and even beer for guests in the fridge. The room we stayed in was on the top floor, and was SO spacious. The bathroom was huge!! In the rooms was everything you needed, so much so we came back to the room at 6pm and enjoyed the evening in together. My fiancé and I have decided to plan another trip to Brugge and we will definitely be booking Villa Chantecler. Thank you so much Virginie!!

I have been to several places in my life so far, from airbnb flats, to 5 star luxury hotels. But I've never felt so good anywhere. The hospitality, the kindness, the apartment is just perfect. I think I could not have made a better choice when booking my accommodation. Also Brugge is fantastic, but with Villa Chantecler it makes the perfect match.

We went there last year, end of the June 2017. It is a gorgeous place but the most important, is the experience we had there. The owner said: "we do not have to worry about any thing because you are on holidays". She was right, we did not worry about anything, she was taking care of everything for us. Amazing room, clean, beautiful, light with a large bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen with a fridge full of drinks, to you pay for what you take and are trusted for that. There is plenty of coffee in the room and in the kitchen. There is a beautiful small patio in the back, perfect for having a drink at night. Very close to the city, easily walkable too. :-) Finally the breakfast, very good breakfast, the eggs are done according to our preference, fresh fruit and plenty of drinks. Thank you Villa Chantecler, we hope to come back soon!

Great B&B just outside the old town of Bruges but within the city center. 7 min walk to the city gate or 2 min by bike which are at your disposal for free. The host is more than friendly and the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and equipped with a kettle, coffee machine and complementary biscuits and chocolates.

Very friendly staff. The room was very clean, highly comfortable and hygienic. Nice space to grab a cup of tea downstairs. Also the breakfast was very delicious!

Probably the best place to stay in Brugge. Confortable room and delicious breakfast. Plus bikes are available to lend for free. 5 minutes to city centre. Nice pricetag

There isn't anything that can be said to improve this place. To rooms, food, hospitality and facilities are superb. 5 minute walks to the town gate and you're in! Will be recommending this to friends and family.

😠 Terrible restaurant and service… Food was average. It was a surprise for my birthday and I mentioned to the waiter that I was pregnant from the start. They seemed to be annoyed that I asked to replace some of the raw/marinated things in the menu for my safety and my baby’s. The restaurant manager...
