Went with my iphone 7, The microphone was defect (greyed out on all apps, a known issue to be fixed for free by Apple), they wanted to sell me a brand new one, or to give in this iphone and pay 379 euro to get a brand new one. This is really fishy, so i Called Apple Hotline, they will even pick up the phone for free by ups and get it fixed immediatly and shipped, after telling the story.

Today, I finally found the product I need to work. Even, looking Apple Store in köln They could nit help me and try to offer Logitech products interestingly. Lab9 in Brugge has very helpfull personel and their knowledge is very well about apple products. If you need anything you can absolutely go to this place. Find Jaron and tell him about what you need. Then he will bring exact solutions and more than you need. This is the exactly what my experience was for today. Thank you lab9 and Jaron for your helps.

I bought a power bank from them while vacationing in Brugge. I went back to my hotel and it wasn’t working. Went there the next morning and they told me it was my charger’s fault. I bought a new charger from the seller who had an annoyed face like I have no clue from these things. Needles to say it is still not working. It was broken all along. My girlfriend bought the same power bank and it is working like a charm. Clueless sellers wasted me 50€. Don’t buy from them

Traveling can be stressful and having your laptop mess up is the worst but I took my Mac in to have it looked at because it wasn’t holding a charge. The guys here are so kind and sweet and took their time to get my Mac looked it and fixed right then and there. Definitely if you need anything fixed please bring it here!

I took my Airpods Pro in for repair due to the degrading of sound in one earpiece. The repair was done in record time, and the Airpods I received back sounded as good as new! I’m very happy with the prompt, friendly and professional service I received. (I plan to head back there for my next Apple purchase)

Went for a repair of a 1yr old iPad Pro. They wouldn’t as they claimed it was to much dent ... offered me a 600e swap instead. They should be ashamed as they sold me this iPad with cover for protection for 1500e. They are worthless, only sell, no service! Buy your apple device somewhere else! More I personal it doesn’t get!

I brought in my iMac 27" to put in a new SSD card. The staff were very professional and they really knew what they were talking about.
