Our very last option was to get a room that wasn't over $500 in Greater Vancouver. Unfortunately the first photos online gave a better impression than what it actually was. Newly renovated lobby with unfriendly staff, while the room looked awful - especially for the high price we had to pay. Stains on walls, floor panels shifted, stains on bedding... Service ended up getting two stars instead of 1, since morning staff at reception was more correct and friendly. Conclusion: not recommended. Better to car camp...

I got lucky and booked our room for an extremely good price..but did learn that the other rooms booked for literally $300 more than me. It was clean but in serious need of renovations! Also the pool was closed due to renovations which was not told to us so I had 3 very disappointed children the night we flew in to stay. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice though! And it literally shares a parking lot with a liquor/convenient store. If I could get the same price I did, I would book again.

Do not stay here. Room stunk of bleach so bad it was hard to stay in the room. The place was filthy with dirt on the walls, floors and on the baseboard heater. The sink was broken with a huge crack in it and the faucet was barely attached. The shower (nothing like the photos they post) was disgusting. The floor was a laminate but there was huge spaces between the planks which were all caked in dirt and hair etc.

I would give 0 stars if I could for customer service alone. I came for business and the reception I received was not the best at all. Very rude and unwelcoming to say the least. I did have to come back this way but I stayed a week at a different hotel that gave much better service and was much cleaner. Avoid here if you can.

*DO NOT STAY HERE* The room was absolutely filthy. Me and my family walked into the room and the first thing we noticed was this nasty pungent smell that filled the whole room. The air conditioner was not clean at all. It was filled with dust and dirt blowing it everywhere in the room. (Which that probably explains some reasons for the smell.) beds were clearly not maintained very well. I was checking for bed bugs of any sort and I found a drug kit to shoot up drugs underneath the mattress. And if they missed that, Than they clearly never clean the beds or the bedding properly. There was stains and dirt all over the walls. Bathtub was brown and black from dirt showing it hasn't been cleaned. The lamp shade above the bed was broken and ready to fall off the wall at any point. The bedside table had melted caramel and dust on it showing it wasn't cleaned AT ALL! The window sills were completely nasty, and ontop of all of this THE ROOF WAS ALL BUMPY AND MOLDY to the point where they will cave in! As someone who works for a restoration company, the roof is not in good condition. Stay away from this hotel, the things you can breathe in will not be good for you, and the over all physical condition of the building itself makes it not safe to be in. (Unit 25)

It's a gross hotel. Other people are noisy, and the hotel did nothing about it. Gross rooms, smelled dirty, tub wasn't clean. I wouldn't stay here again. The manager was also kind of rude about check out times. I over slept a bit and he just walked into the room.

Nice place, very clean and comfy beds, Keurig machine and microwave in room. Great location close to the airport. Yogina she was so sweet and wonderful she help us with our heater in the room and also send the maintenance to help us with our T.V, great tips and super helpful, she even helped us ordering food because we were very hungry from the flight.

This is a $29/night motel at best. We were stuck in Abbotsford and there was an event in town. All other hotels were booked. Just a dive... absolute dive motel. The nicest thing I can say is we didn't SEE any used needles but we arrived at midnight and left at 730 am so.....

We've stayed here quite a few times, it's definitely not the Taj Mahal but it's comfortable and the staff is excellent. The prices are usually cheap compared to a lot of other places. The last time, however, the price was over $250 for one night, and our room didn't have the HDMI cable for the TV and our phone wasn't working to call down to the desk. The gentleman working was super busy and did his best to accommodate us by looking for a cable and trying to deal with other customers. I will probably stay there again but maybe management could do a better job than a 10% percent discount(that didn't even cover the taxes).

As soon as we checked in, room had stale and mold smell. Only stayed for a night as we had to get going on our next trip. Next morning shower or hot water didn't work. We did complain to the front desk but not surprisingly they were least bothered about it. Definitely not worth staying or coming back to this motel.

Didn’t actually stay due to how disgusting and dirty it was…Still trying to get my money back on Expedia…Pics are ok…Reality is not… Booked 6 rooms for a team of Students - showed up and it was rundown - Not clean - Not well maintained…Have asked for a refund and the front desk “manager” continually lied. Still looking for a refund…Absolutely a disgusting place to stay and is a 1 Star or whatever the lowest star can be…DO NOT STAY HERE!

I gave the 2 star hotel a 5 star review because I lost my credit card, and they allowed me to stay using my bank card. This is a family run business. Yes, the rooms are in need of overhaul, however, they were clean. My bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. Liquid ( liquor) store in same parking lot for a safe nightcap. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I was just happy to not have to sleep in my car

I suppose its a 5 Stars hotel for a reason .The customer service that the front desk lady Yogina gave us Was great. We were suppose to check in at 3pm ,but we came 2 hours early because of our flight she made everything by sending 2 maid to made the room Quick so that me and my old my old parents can get some rest after a Long drive.

Based on the other reviews that I read of this place, I was expecting it to be super sketchy and dirty. In my opinion, it's not nearly as bad as the other reviews would lead you to believe. It's not the Ritz obviously, but at this price, I'm sure no one was expecting the Ritz. But it's a decent basic motel. The bedding was clean; no hair, blood or stains. And they had all the basic amenities; a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, large flat-screen TV with remote, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It's a bit run down, but it's not too bad. It's not a place I would want to bring my kids for vacation, but it's just fine for me and friends to hang out or a place to sleep. Edit: I don't know if the other rooms are different, but mine only had a stand up shower, no tub. Just fyi

What you get far exceeds what you pay in my opinion. We stayed in a room upstairs and it was clean and quiet and the front desk clerk was an absolute pleasure. This is my personal staycation spot and I love it. It's got character. I feel free and fun and safe here and its center in the city.

Not a fancy hotel but great location, clean rooms, great customer service. Coming in later than I expected was no issue at all. I did mention in my booking I needed a pet friendly room and was accommodated nicely. After the long drive it was nice that the parking lot had ample room for the dogs to get out and stretch their legs before settling down. Really appreciate the late nice, pleasant service I got. Thank you! And best of all it was the most affordable on booking.coms list for my time line and only minutes from the border crossing I intended to travel to the next morning. With the help of google maps found my way to the motel without issues.

First, the good. Good location. Room was relatively clean. Easy check in-out. And the bad….we paid for a queen bed and got a DOUBLE. Super uncomfortable one at that, with a skimpy blanket on it. Pillows were super soft. The room was super outdated, and both walls and floors are in need of repairs. Small television with no options for movies or streaming apps. Definitely not worth $150 a night, especially seeing as it was off-season and a weeknight.

Run down dirty motel. I'm fine with a run down motel as I'm traveling with dogs but at least it could be clean. The floor was disgusting, I had to leave my shoes on. Stale smoke smell was so strong we had to leave the door open in January.

My husband and I booked 3 nights here, with a dog paying roughly 140.00/ night. The room was right beside the liquor store with very sketchy people hanging around all night and there's homeless people sleeping against the side of the building. The room itself stunk the sheets and the thin cloth they call a blanket were stained. The remote doesn't run the power or volume on the tv and there's no plug for the tub, although it was so disgusting I can't imagine sitting in it anyway. We were there 3 days, got no fresh towels, no coffee refilled no service whatsoever and when I went to get more coffee and sugar from the lobby I found 2 of the 3 sugar packets and been chewed through by mice. The first night we were kept awake by drunks yelling and screaming outside, the second night the police had to be called to break up a domestic dispute that had the woman screaming and banging on room doors at 330 am. When these issues were brought up to the man at the front desk his reaction was to smile and say he was sorry for me... I won't be wasting my money here again and I advise you don't either!

Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Quick check-in and check-out. The room was not fancy, but clean and bed comfortable. Got what I paid for with great service!

We were hippy With our stay after a long trip we arrive early at the hotel the front desk staff lokshana Was super helpfull she madera all arrangement to let us checkin early without charging us a penny. Thank you for your service

It was the worst experience. I have never seen anything so bad in my life. It was very dirty and the bathroom tap was lifting right out of the plumbing. The sheets had stains on them. The manager did not even care that it looked so bad. Did do anything about the complaint. I would recommend that you camp in you car then stay there.

I spend 1 night at the alpine inn motel the room Was clean . The lady at the front desk yogina was vey wellcoming With her beautifull smile. She also help us to call a taxi for us and send us to the airport. Stay bless

Stayed recently and was not thrilled. Originally had a main floor room. These rooms seem to be for long term occupants and smokers. Once we realized there was a smoking area outside our door and many frequent liquor store guests hanging in the parking lot, we requested another room. They called it an "upgrade" . The staff seemed nice enough and they seem to have done renovations. The main hall looks like it is still being repaired. The price was way too much for what we got and what the room was. Sadly options were limited. There were stains on the ceiling and on the bedding. Location was close to the highway and restaurants. Had the price been half of what we paid, I would have been less disgusted. At $180/night I expected better

Absolutely filthy rooms. Terrible smell in the room. Weirdos and creeps living there long term, lot lizards prowling the parking lot all night. Avoid at all costs. I'd rather stayed in my vehicle

We book a one night and left after 3 hours . Flies all over and noise with in the next room outside drinking and talking loudly. It is a dump and clearly the owners do not care. We ask for a refund but did not get one.

Everything was great! When we check in Yogina the beautiful lady was very helpful. We received a great room and she helped up with our bags as we arrived much earlier than the check in time . I had stay in lots of 5 stars 🤩 hotel but I didn't receive the service the the yogina Lady gave us . We will surely come back when we come back to lower midlands.

Room was outdated even though it partially renovation. Room had no ice container and no sign to put on door when you do not want to be disturb. Which allowed them to enter the room when you're not there. Location is nearby highway so it was convenient.

If I could give this place half a star, I would. The rooms were trashy, the door knob in the bathroom was broken, floor was dirty, and walls and bathroom has paint stains. It honestly was a grungy place. We requested a non smoking room. We received a non smoking room that smelt like old cigarette. When we decided to leave the hotel room due to health concerns inhaling the smoke scent, our request for a refund was not accepted. Please don’t waste your time or money on this. Pay a little extra, and stay somewhere nice.

Their stuff is providing very poor service. One of them is Pravin Gad. Very rude unkind. First gave us 1 room which wasn't cleaned before. Sheets were black. And while communicating customers he showed his poor behavior. I don't know how the people hire this kind of people. I would never recommend to anyone this place

Stayed here 8 times for work. Sure the neighborhood was sketchy, and the cops showed up almost every night. But the rooms where always clean and it was close to my work so I was ok with it. However the last time I was there I peeled the bed back and there was atleast 15 hairs and toonie sized chunks of sock fluff in the made up bed. When I told the front desk they gave me a arm full of new bedding to make myself. When I told the owner the next day he said he would have a chatt with the cleaners and that was all. I would have contued to come back if the customer service was appropriate for my situation but now I will pass. As the other times it was clean **edit** Had to stay here again, they renovated the bathroom was absolutely beautiful. Received excellent care at front desk, and room was very clean. I will change my star rating.

I would give it less stars but I cant. Unfortunately was the only available room lol n the entire area during our trip. Booked it last minute. Was charged over $300 for the night. The foyer was nice but the room was a complete 180. The floor was not clean, neither was the bed side table, counter or tv stand.. baseboards were filthy and room reeked a musty mouldy smell. Holes in bathroom wall from water damage from shower head. Hence the heavy mouldy smell we experienced. The only reason we stayed in the room was because we just completed a 13 hour drive. This place shouldn't be over $25 a night any time of year. Will never go back, I would rather sleep under a bridge.
