What sold out IBD to me was the warm reception I got. The front desk person was super friendly.

Rooms finishing is quite bad, had to change rooms 3times, faucet rusty, no hot water, you need to call reception every time you need hot water, restroom smelly and very very poor finishing. 2star kind of hotel inside, 4star outside appearance and exterior. Staff were friendly and kept trying to make things comfortable but didn’t enjoy my stay at all.

The only thing that was okay was the staff manners. The room is below standard for the charge The leakage from the AC overnight filled a bucket,no blind in the bathroom, the second room had no water coming out. Car wash service for lodgers should be complimentary.

Rooms are quite expensive compared to the quality of such rooms. But they have a pretty looking lobby.

Very courteous staff, facility maintenance needed.

Good location, rooms are top notch and the service was excellent. Really enjoyed myself.

Ugly interior with no value for money, rooms are overpriced and they kept on interrupting the power supply and ac went off more than than 4 times over night.

Third time here I love the food, the ambiance, the comfort I will have rated them high but the bathroom has no blinds. How can you put guest on the ground floor without blinds in the toilet

Ibd international now has a poor management,apparently the shower of the room I stayed wasn't functioning well,the restaurant service can do better but the receptionists are nice
