It is a very Friendly environment The new Manager is cool headed and emphatic. Generally they've got it all.

A good place to be. Just built few years ago. Location is excellent. Building structures and architecture is top notch. Delivery and service is good. There is class and elegance here. You get value for your money. Wonderful interior too. Not too expensive and not too low in charge fee. In all, it is a wonderful experience you'd want to have. You'll surely want to come back visiting.

One facility or the other in the room had one issue or another. Maybe the management needs to call for some general renovation of the place. However, I got a very commendable customer service. I guess this is one of the medium range places that Abeokuta has got to offer.

No customer services, breakfast was dead food no provision of water after breakfast.

One star rating. To start with, they do not offer water with breakfast which is unheard of. Breakfast consist of egg sauce with 2 slices of yam and ZERO water or juice. The manager here says I have to buy water for my breakfast or use the water supplied in my room when I checked in. I mean, regular check in is 12pm. I’m supposed to not drink the water until breakfast the next day? I’ve never seen this practiced anywhere in this world where there is a complimentary breakfast. Food & water goes hand-in-hand. If I want to buy extra water or juice, you can charge me but charging me for water I want to have with your “complimentary breakfast”? No way. This just spoilt my experience of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there..

So I discovered this superb hotel on my last trip to my hometown. Most likely the OOPL has been taking the shine off this hotel. Nested just beside OOPL, the Providence is a great hotel with everything you can ask for and at a good and affordable price. Rooms are spacious, good meals and courteous staff. I really enjoyed my stay, howbeit a short one. I'll definitely be returning...and with my family

Very nice hotel But they to work on there water heater

So i was at this Hotel on Friday/Saturday, the Hotel is neat and have a great Ambience. There is a Wheelchair ♿ Accessible entrance (Ramps Even though it seems stiff to me, but at least they had it in mind while constructing the entrance which is a good thing) The suits are names after Yoruba Royalties and I think i like the concept too. The Room we used was 50k so it's not exactly very cheap but i know there are lower prices rooms anyway. All in All i say it is a good enough Hotel, Also it is properly placed on the Google Map so you can use it to Navigate if you are in Abeokuta.

Beautiful building and physical facilities with dedicated but not very capable staff.

Had a very terrible experience here.. no got water, their water system stopped functioning throughout the morning and hd to use bucket to fetch water, and there ar rts in the rooms... its just the building that looks good, the services are terribly poor.

Quiet, facilities are fair and easy access at the entrance zone of Abeokuta. Budget friendly.

Rooms are good and spacious, toilet is OK, though tiles seems old. Bed and breakfast on point. Good parking area though no a availability of a car wash person. Above all, it was a nice experience
