It’s a 5 star hotel, very neat, thier customer relation game is strong, has swimming pools and bar, but their gym center is currently not in operation only if you can train yourself with the help of YouTube. No wheelchair accessible entrance or parking space.

This is a bad hotel and I have my reasons for saying so. 1. There were times you don't have water running from the tap and shower. There was a time I didn't have water to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth, and on the morning I checked out, there was no to flush the toilet water to rinse. This is what I faced in each of my three nights of stay. 2. Tap and shower were not running fast. When I called their attention to it, they pretended they were not aware of it until that moment and then they said they will get their maintenance team to fix it. It was never fixed 3. Light is rationed and you may be left in darkness when there is no NEPA light. They don't turn on the generator for couple of hours until they think it's right for them. 4. Cockroaches everywhere and even on the bed. 5. Internet access is restricted to one device. You can't use it on phone and laptop simultaneously. The positive things about them is that they have courtesy staff and their food is okay but expensive.

I have lodged in this hotel at 3 different times and water and light has always been the issue. Very bad experience! I'll never stay here again.

Very awful experience, there's no shower so be prepared to use very dirty bucket to have your bath. No hot water sometimes and they will switch the fridge off when you go out of your room not minding whether you have stuffs there or not. Very dirty room and toilet.

It's ok but the management should do more on mainteinance work on plumbing/furniture especially the bathrooms/toilets, beds etc for improvement and to render quality services.

A terrible place to stay in Abeokuta. No water to bath or use the toilet, torn towels, some rooms AC were not working. Light is an issue. The owner is just concerned about taking money from people.

Very bad experience, no water and the way the staff even operate is way below par coupled with the fact that all the facilities there are not well maintained. The only thing functioning well in the hotel is the air conditioning (AC)

Arguably one of the best hotels there is in Abeokuta... Almost a decade now.. Daktad have continually been a home away from home.. The party life there is the Vibe for me...and that's a plus for all the youths in the area...

1.The TV stopped working 2.You didn't indicate hot/cold in the bathroom.. Almost boiled myself. 3.Your air freshener is doesn't smell nice Good part 1.Your room is really comfy cozy. 2.Your customer service is very good . 3.The security guy on shift yesterday is very friendly. 4.I took your lotion it smells nice.

The staff are rude, untrained. Their management lack every aspect of communication, with both their staff and customers. There are infestation problems; both within the hotel rooms and within the compound. If you need food, you will go hungry before anyone answers your call. You have to ring the reception to alert the restaurant staff that you need service. The beds are overused and broken drawers, no hangers in the wardrobe which is littered with ants. Absolutely awful service all round. Would never recommend this hotel, to anyone expecting a service.

The environment is cool and serene. The rooms are also well equipped and the ambience was superb. There was no covid-19 prevention procedures. The complimentary breakfast is only available if you can get to the diner before 10a.m in the morning.

Stayed in room 110. Noticed cockroaches in the bathroom and in my room. AC was fine while the lights were below my expectation.

Daktad Suites and hotel has an event center, a bar, a gym, a pool, a club and the hotel itself. First, it was a challenge finding a parking space because there was an event in the event center on the day we arrived at the hotel. There was no parking reservations for lodgers We were welcomed by a rude front desk officer but she behaved better after I called her out. The rooms are just there and the television wasn't clear and when we complained, we were told there was nothing they could do except we go for a higher room. The bar and pool is open to the public and the bar plays loud music in the afternoon, so it's a challenge getting a good rest during this period. The pool is usually crowded as well but it is very clean. You also need a full swim gear to have access into the pool, this includes a swim cap. The club wasn't open during this period. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, there was a period when there were no light in the rooms because they were on the small generator, they eventually switched on the big generator though. Some of the staffs were helpful and courteous but majority of them were not. Daktad is affordable but it needs better maintenance and good management.

Front Desk is what they sell. Rooms are nothing spectacular for the price. Wires all around the floor, refrigerator not working, No remote to control AC except you stand to wall. They however have good meals.

Easy to locate but needs attention & renovation. First, I paid #16,000 for a room I don't believe is worth #10,000. The bathroom doors are broken, bath couldn't run hot water & doesn't look good, refrigerator wasn't working (the slightly lousy receptionist told me without checking - it's working, someone was there last night). There was no towel in the bathroom, i called the reception twice within two hours & no towel was sent until about 1am when i woke up & thought to still shower then i noticed the bath couldn't run hot water. I tried calling reception but noticed the line had been engaged (obviously because they didn't want to be disturbed). I went downstairs, woke them up, waited until i finally got a towel, you can see the technician working by 1.30am ish trying to fix the the refrigerator, bath, etc Couldn't take it any longer so I asked for a different room. My room was changed, it's manageable but get disappointing.

Beautiful place, lovely rooms, comfortable accommodation and lodging. The services are excellent and the rooms are neat and clean. The attendants are nice and friendly. Its a very good place to spend the night! This place is simply top-notch and highly professional. Its a home away from home
