Not too bad, no air conditioning, no room service. Revisited after a couple of months, discovered there's an extension just down the street, they call it apartment 8. This new extension is cozy, smells nice, modern and neat. No air conditioning in some of the rooms, still no room service or restaurant. Power supply isn't stable, they kept their generator on all through the night until 6:00am till 6pm again. Not so bad overall, the new extension is a great improvement.

Located in a quiet place in town

The hotel is budget friendly , i got into Abeokuta late so it was the next available hotel to sleep in,their room is #5000 , which was okay for the look , but the toilet is old and that gives it a very dirty feel , I couldn't have my bath there since I feel irritated , the customer service was excellent, the environment is Eco friendly which I give 90% if they can work on that toilet and get professional cleaner it will be worth the price .

Nice place for the amount. Quiet, peaceful and cool. But the management should work on having a restaurant.

Very bad service right from the reception. Not worth the stay at all.

You get what you pay for. The rooms has a stale smell, beds are flat(body aches) no ac, just fans. If you can afford something better then don't even bother about this place at all.
