Poor facilities. Had leaking pipes bad bathroom door, furniture was pretty dusty. With a little consistent effort it could be a nice place. However the staff seem to be quite cherry and considerate

Constant power supply✔ Considerate, affordable cost✔ Service✔ Rooms don't have air fresheners✔ Hmmmm... All I can say for now. Environment is serene, clean and moderately quiet, except for the generator sound which was quite a bother to me the last time I lodged there.

Nice hotel to lodge, but their inroom television are not well connected to satellite Television, just ZeeWorld is available. Am sure is the reception that is interested in that channel.

Nice exterior. Good for events, and relaxation purposes.

The place is poorly managed. The bed spread was torn with stained. Some staff were good but the manager never cared. The light in the room was not bright while many of the facility in the bath were leaking. In addition I could sense the presence of some boy with different hair styles like Yahoo boys. Though I wasn't sure if they were. I checked out after the first night.

I spent one night in this facility. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very dirty and smelly with no light in the toilet, we couldn't sleep until around 4am due to the noise from the guests in other rooms. We have to vacate the hotel as there was no water to freshen up. Worst experience. Poor value for money.

The staffs are caring and truly amazing, the manager specifically was friendly and more than amazing all my stay here...bountiful parking space and secured environments...Honestly....,there are rooms for improvements on so many fronts in this hotel as it would be in any other hotels that’s future -conscious ...However, for me relationship is everything...the staff gave me home away from home and that will make me come here over and over again...!

The staff are really accommodating and friendly, there's light 24/7 and it is located in a serene environment and I got value for money on the food that I order from them. Some of the few things I didn't like during my stay at the hotel is the bed, the bed is so hard that it was too uncomfortable to sleep on and the toilet, the toilet was looking so old, there were stains on the tiles of the bathroom and toilet and even the window net of the toilet, in the room I stayed was torn. Almost all the TV stations were blurry.

Think twice before visiting this hotel. Very dirty rooms, something will not be working either A/C or the toilet or you encounter mosquitoes. If you book this hotel overnight, have a separate budget of 100k to visit hospital the next day. Useless staffers.

Good room service

There are two Moongates Hotels I knew at Abeokuta. One is at Obantoko close to Odo Eran, Gbonogu bus stop while the other is inside GRA close to Ogun Radio. The one at Obantoko is bigger and spacious than the one at GRA but both operates efficiently.

A very good and decent hotel. Neat and tidy, courteous and friendly staff, constant power supply, WiFi, parking space, spacious rooms, working amenities and budget friendly. You can negotiate for a discount, they are willing to extend some to customers My family was very impressed with the service inspite of our tight budget. I have no reservation whatsoever recommending this hotel.

I was there for a night and it was a very nice place to visit. It’s located inside ibara housing estate Abeokuta

Arrived with a group of 8 on business. This place is a horror show. Dirty bedsheets and no towels, soap or toilet paper. When towels come they have gaping holes in them. The staff are too laid back and rude with the manager no where to be found. Furthermore he doesn’t answer the phone on travel arrangements he promised. That’s a nope

The hotel is averagelly okay but can still improve on its service delivery.

Moongate hotel is a beautiful and cozy place for one to lodge for a day or two if attending a function around Asero or Obantoko Abeokuta. The facilities of the hotel are in great condition, the place also have a swimming pool (very small though).
