The road is very bad, it needs government intervention because the community can not do it alone. The okada park is on the road and it needs to move to another place to make the road wide for the drivers and passengers. It is too risky for children to pass.

The bus stop isn't bad. It's popular. But, Bad roads everywhere when you attempt to step into the community itself. In dry season, its dusty. In rainy season, its muddy.

It was such an undeveloped area, with a road network in a deplorable condition. The bad condition of the road network makes the available means of transport very expensive and there are no alternatives. The entire area seems crowded but no sign of development. The area does not have good road networks nor do they have basic amenities like water, electricity etc that could actually make the area look attractive. I think most of the inhabitants of the area are low-income earning part of the Nigerian population. However, like a typical Nigerian setting, there are worship centres along the major road.

It's a safe area, I visited during the day and at midnight and there was no issue ⚠️ the highway is also smooth except for the internal.

It's an under-developing area with not so good roads and low security, investing in lands in this area is recommended.

Iyana Ilogbo leads to Ilogbo Town and other places along the route. The name of the bus stop is also known as Iju Love and there are bike men to convey you to where you're heading to. The road is bad and dusty so, don't put on white if you'll be boarding a bike.
