    A congealed layer of fat on the foyer entrance should have alluded me to what my experience was going to entail. The never-ending, never moving line of traffic outside led me to believe that going in the establishment was my best choice, however disappointment soon followed as it always does. I make my way to the counter and 10 ft away the attendant hollers at me "what you want", a question I thought I was sure of walking up to the counter however I always look at the menu to make sure I'm not missing anything new or special. After giving my order I'm handed my drink cup to which there is no ice in the machine that says I am allowed to use, after asking the attendant if he can give me ice from the back he tells me that he recommends I use the machine labeled out of order, I retrieved my ice from said machine make my drink selection and of course the first three selections I alternate from are all completely flat with almost no syrup in the machine, a fact brought to the attendant to which he responded sorry for the inconvenience I don't have time for that right now. So as I stand with a flat beverage with ice from a out of order machine I try to maintain my grip on the ground, something that should not be difficult but is because of the state of the floor which I can only assume has never been properly cleaned.At the end of this unique experience I look over my order to find out that there are two orders of fries and no onion rings to which the attendant starts to ask me to just to deal with. Rather excited to never go back to this establishment.

    Consistently the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. It's probably faster to get something off-post. Impersonal employees often look the other way and don't say anything when handing over food. Orders frequently inaccurate and food usually cold by the time you eventually get it. One star for being in a great location.

    Love waiting in line for 40 minutes just for my order to still be wrong. Ive never been to a worse fast food place. It was slow even before covid and “staffing shortages” and it certainly hasnt gotten any better.

    This is one of the slowest fast food restaurants I have ever experienced. 25 minutes for a whopper meal. The employee in the back talked more then prepared food. The employee taking the order was polite and fast. That's why I gave it a two star rating. Should have been one.

    I just waited 30 mins for a whopper. It is not rocket science that all of your business is from the lunch crowd of 20,000 people with 3 places to choose from. You would think by now somebody would come up with the great idea of two lanes to accomodate the volume of people for quicker service.

    I waited an hour for a dr pepper and a sandwich. They know that there is a lunch rush and just don't care.

    UPDATE: I've given this store another chance & I notice a HUGE improvement in quality & customer service in the last month!! I've been pleasantly greeted by all employees I've interacted with. These workers are a great improvement & show their customer service skills. Food was hot & fresh; order was given in a timely manner with polite employees. Way to go management!! Really a noticeable difference. :) Management: *****Please Train your staff in Customer Service!***** To say it is lacking is an understatement. The lady taking orders at drive thru sounded downright miserable. Then, the gentleman taking money & handing food barely looked at me; no thank you, here you go or any verbal recognition that I was a paying customer. I told HIM thank you: he said nothing. I told him to have a good day & he looked away. Please please train these individuals to at least pretend to appreciate their customers! I understand you are short staffed but that should not allow employees to take it out on paying customers. Food was hot & delivered in a timely manner.

    Located on military installation so very busy during lunch hour. Could be on the slow side at times. They are not pleasant or friendly at all in the drive thru. They take your money without greeting you, and shove your food at you and slam the window without saying 'have a nice day', 'thank you', or anything. Manager needs to be replaced.

    They only take 1 order at a time to fake their drive thru to timer and not let it run up with their super sow service. This is the slowest BK I’ve ever been to. After not being on base for 18 months I tried it again and nothing has changed.
