I can’t say enough good things about the Ivy Rehab in Matawan. Their expertise, staff, attentiveness, quality of care and sheer kindness makes this rehab facility excellent. Led by Kristina who not only manages a stellar team of therapists, assistances and office managers, she provides hands on treatment with patients making her an amazing theta and exceptional leader. I’ve been met with empathy and support from day 1. I will never go to another facility. This place is top notch.

All of the therapists and assistants are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They all had a slightly different approach to my hip bursitis but it all helped in the end! I really enjoyed my time there as I was getting better. I would definitely return if I need more therapy. Donna at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful.

Ivy Rehab was referred to me by a colleague and I am so happy I moved forward with Kristina. She was spot on with my diagnosis BEFORE any imaging was done. She listened to my concerns when many times I felt dismissed, and was also dismissive myself and just learned to live with pain. Incredibly grateful. Highly recommended! Especially for any female pelvic issues.

I want to express my gratitude to Ivy Rehab Matawan location and there staff from the friendly receptionist and Interns and other staff members. I had Gluteus Medius surgery on August 3rd and they have been so caring and cooperative since I started in this location. They are the best! Helped me through back to back shoulder surgeries, everyone here is great! I worked a lot with Darilyn, she is amazing! Highly recommend them

This place is the best and I would recommend it to anyone needing PT! From scheduling appointments when you first walk in, Donna at the front is amazing. Then all of the PTs are awesome, especially Danielle!! And Darilyn and Kristina!! — I know I’ll get back to 100% with their help ◡̈

I loved my therapist but I will never go back to Ivy Rehab or any of their locations due to an over-complicated billing system with a website that barely works. After being told my insurance was accepted, I was sent to collections six month later for an enormous bill without any paper bills or notice (save a bizarre phone call months ago that misidentified the rehab facility and sounded so strange and aggressive I actually dismissed it as a scam). It's a shame because their facility and therapists are really wonderful, but I'd rather not risk my credit score. Even trying to pay took over thirty minutes over portal attempts that kept failing to send verification codes.

Great staff. They are knowledgeable and caring. I especially want to thank Dr. Kristina for all her help and understanding.
