    Food was good. Would have been better if I didn't have to drive all the way back to get my order right. Guess they are desperately hiring people even w/o knowing how to read.

    Every time I go through the drive thru and order unsweetened tea, it's always sweet. Not once have they gotten it right. Friday night, we sat forever waiting on our food to then get it, and tea was sweet they said they had to brew more, so instead of continuing to wait, we just left. Had we waited, our food would have been cold by the time we got home to eat it.

    The food is good almost every time unless you try and get food when there is two lines wrapped around the building plus the inside completely full. Then the Service is okay during the day but at night time they have younger workers and they are just rude the best time to go to this McDonald's me and my son found out is around 9am during breakfast they are just respectful and polite.....

    Used the kiosk to order. But went to the registers to pay cash. Stood there for over 3 minutes - doesn't seem like such a long time but when managers are walking past you to talk to other workers and never acknowledging you, I got a little upset. I loudly asked if anybody was going to take my money and I got attitude from another manager. I would have been patient if they just had explained what was going on. Like " the cashier will be right up here - shes getting more reister tape" (for example). So I took my money and went elsewhere. That was pretty much the last time for me. Prices have almost doubled, mistake on the orders, and now bad customer service. But your mileage may vary.

    Went there a couple times before and was being bothered by an employee. Went by today and was bothered again by the same employee and we kindly asked them if they could leave us alone. As we continued to eat that same employee came and stood in d front of our table and started rubbing herself and wouldn’t leave our table. very very uncomfortable experience and will not be going back. employee even asked me to tie her apron for her since she took it off.will be going to the mcdonald’s in pinehurst from now on.

    I know McDonald's has the stigma of having terrible food, but their food is definitely a lot better than Bojangles. Don't get me wrong, Bojangles chicken sandwiches are delicious, but I refuse to go there again because last week, they gave me borderline food poisoning. Their food was also cold and the women had the nerve to tell me it just came out from the kitchen. I call BS on that one. I had gotten myself a 10-piece Chicken Nugget and a Hot Fudge Sundae from McDonald's and the food was warm and delicious. I feel like if I'm gonna get food from a fast-food restaurant, the least they can do is give me hot food and McDonald's did that so they get a 5 stars from me.

    The food was good except for my second visit the order was not properly made to my satisfaction. I ordered the #4A the mcchicken original. I like the 4A prepared with no pickles but add mayonnaise plus American cheese. The first time I ordered the meal it was made with perfection. Absolutely delicious. However when I visited another day the meal was disappointing. It was prepared how I liked it but when eaten it was spicy. Now I know 4A combo meal is not suppose to be spicy. Unfortunately on this day it was spicy. When looking at the sandwich, it had spicy sauce on it as if someone attempted to scrape it off. I had to end up throwing the sandwich away. I was very disappointed. Other than this issue, the staff were friendly and professional. However who ever made the sandwich needs to be more conscious about preparing customers meals. I would have taken it back but I had already left the premises. I had to get my mother home after a long day at the doctor's office. I ask to please have your staff that prepare the meals be more mindful and prepare the meals right. Paying customers have a right to receive what they order.

    Everyone laughing and having a good time at the drive-thru window, but no one could understand what we had order. It makes absolutely no sense to ask the customer when they come to the window what they ordered. Shouldn't you know?

    The staff here were exceptionally courteous and upbeat. I got my usual 2 double fish sandwiches and they were superb. Great job all the way around yall.

    Went last week. Doors were locked, so we had to get in the long line that only had one lane open. Wasn't happy meals with the Halloween buckets, which they had signs all over for, but sit in line to find out they don't have those anymore. Real nice

    I am not a fan of McDonald's myself. I will occasionally get an Egg McMuffin and hashbrowns. However, my grandson loves their French Fries. I buy them for him on occasion as a treat.

    One of the better visits I have had at a mcdonalds in a while. Food was hot and well prepared. Tables needed cleaning
