this
afternoon
(Wednesday

June)
to
purchase
a
few
necessities,
one
being
fresh
bread.
However
after
selecting
a
unsliced
Tiger
bread,
as
there
was
no
sliced
ones
available
on
the
shelf,
l
proceeded
to
the
bakery
to
get
it
sliced.
As
nobody
was
there
l
asked
a
member
of
staff
who
tried
to
find
someone
but
instead
l
was
told
by
a
supervisor/manager
that
there
was
no
staff
available
who
could
slice
the
bread
as
someone
had
finished
their
shift
at
3pm
and
someone
would
not
be
available
until
5pm!
He
didn't
seem
too
interested
or
concerned,
don't
think
he
even
apologised.
Understandably
the
bakery
can't
be
manned
at
all
times
but
this
is
ridiculous
in
my
opinion
as
it
is
almost
impossible
to
cut
this
type
of
bread
with
a
bread
knife
as
it
ruins
the
bread.
Returned
the
bread
to
the
shelf
and
after
checkout
made
comment
to
Customer
Service
counter.
Apparently
the
department
supervisor
will
be
informed
tomorrow.
No
doubt
someone
will
be
saying
"for
goodness
sake
there's
plenty
of
other
bread
to
choose
from"
However
some
of
those
were
not
sliced
either.
Whoever
finished
at
3pm
should
have
checked
the
availability
on
the
self.
Overall
poor
customer
service.
Maybe
l
will
get
a
response
on
here
but
not
likely.
