Visited the store this afternoon (Wednesday 12 June) to purchase a few necessities, one being fresh bread. However after selecting a unsliced Tiger bread, as there was no sliced ones available on the shelf, l proceeded to the bakery to get it sliced. As nobody was there l asked a member of staff who tried to find someone but instead l was told by a supervisor/manager that there was no staff available who could slice the bread as someone had finished their shift at 3pm and someone would not be available until 5pm! He didn't seem too interested or concerned, don't think he even apologised. Understandably the bakery can't be manned at all times but this is ridiculous in my opinion as it is almost impossible to cut this type of bread with a bread knife as it ruins the bread. Returned the bread to the shelf and after checkout made comment to Customer Service counter. Apparently the department supervisor will be informed tomorrow. No doubt someone will be saying "for goodness sake there's plenty of other bread to choose from" However some of those were not sliced either. Whoever finished at 3pm should have checked the availability on the self. Overall poor customer service. Maybe l will get a response on here but not likely.

Was served by a really rude women. I said hello to her & never got a reply just a deathly stare ! ! I said can I have scratch cards instead of the money I won please. No reply from her just got another deadly stare again. Threw the scratch cards at me . How rude & unprofessional. I took the scratch cards & said thank you bye. No reply AGAIN ! How funny that she was so nice & chatty to the people that was served before & after me ! ! Maybe she doesn't like Chinese people. At the end of the day she should treat customers all the same. .

Have tried a few times with the collect food option. Have given feedback that out of dates are too close to order a few times. Unfortunately our latest pickup the meat is all out of date within 1 day. So most is going to go in the bin unfortunately and so a waste of money. Would love to recommend especially at the moment where with covid we're trying to limit contact as much as possible but we're going to have to start shopping in store again now.

Shop here all the time. As mentioned before often out stock with some of their items. No sandwiches or small selection. No haggis in stock for days for burns nights this was disappointing.

Really stressful visit. Have messaged management they didn't seem to bothered but did resolve my issue. Refused a refund on the basis the asda colleague couldn't be bothered to do her job. Reported her to management via email. 0 customer service skills. My advice to anyone reading shop at an alternative asda if you can.

The attitude of the assistant on the cigarette counter at just after 6pm tonight was pretty disgraceful. She was unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered, with an air of arrogance. It's the same every time I go into the store and this individual is working at the counter so enough is enough. Tonight she told me they were out of stock of Heets which I knew wasn’t the case because the drawer was full 2 days ago. I politely asked her to check in the correct drawer and, hey presto, it was full of Heets. No apology was received for her mistake and I think she was annoyed that I’d caught her out! Individuals like this should not be working in a customer facing job, she’s doing Asda no favours!

The Asda rewards app is very useful for us to save money. However, it is very hard for us to use the technology. Moreover, the food are not fresh.

This place is getting worse I went in today to buy some fruit it doesn't look fresh especially the grapefruit they looked way past the sell-by date

Went to the store today for a few necessities and the woman who served me made no attempt to speak to me even when I tried to speak to her she didn't seem pleased that I was using cash. I don't usually pay by cash but I had cash today. I have been shopping at this store for years and never encountered such rude staff.

If you see mum with a todler on a lap and glass cought bottle broken normally staff would give a hand to clean it up. I had to clean it while staff lady was passing me paper had to get a bin for her while she totally took her time gently tapping asking what's happened...never seen anything like this totally rude it's happened today this morning at the self counter ...hopefully she will be more polite and helpful next time and won't make customers to serve her and just jump arround her with todler on a lap covered with liquid. Disgrace.

Went to this store today and was ver disappointed in it my strong advice would be to go to the other Asda in Aberdeen store small very pack in if don't know the way out it very difficult to try think what you need and with other customer who know the store in your way we went to tills and was member of staff in non unionform and side sorry till closed but barrier still open

Very lovely manger called Mr Grant, and also his team, even up to the security personnel. They are always happy to help, chat, with a smile. That is the best shop, I always love going for my family weekly grocery, and in-between pick up. It is a well deserved 5 star for them.

It's an Asda store, somehow this one feels claustrophobic.

It had everything we needed for a camping trip, food, bbq, alcohol and accessories

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

While I was shopping here today,, I took a turn where I felt unwell. A customer noticed this and alerted the staff..who done everything to help me through this. Myself and husband would like to thank you for all your help also to the customer who helped also..thank you all so much xx

It's a great supermarket, but sometimes doesn't have the same certain items I want in stock (specifically my grated mozzarella cheese). I've never had problems returning products - this includes a video game I purchased recently that was crashing my console. Customer service is the best I've seen yet.

You cannot speak to anyone if there is a problem. Nobody answers the phone no given on the receipts and the tellasda.com do not reply either. My main gripe is with the pharmacy-great long queues,(today there were 16 in the queue) nowhere to wait for your tablets away from other customers, no privacy at all. Have given up with them-will go elsewhere.

Cigarette counter staff not helpful therefore only able to give three stars. Shame as rest of store and staff great.

Opening hours for the petrol station are all over the place, says 24hrs as you can pay at pump but they seem to close as early at 6pm some night. Atleast update your opening hours if they've changed.
