Love the refitted store as much lighter and brighter. Friendly and helpful staff and well stocked store.

Out of the 4 tills that were available for use, 1 was open. Cashier must have seen the queue with her glasses on and seen the frustration. Yet 1 remained open in the 20 minutes I queued for

Had what we were looking for. Staff were nice. Prices seemed reasonable. All good in my estimation.

Love H&M for my kids. They love their clothes and they are good value for money. The queuing was a little long as both assistant enrolled the customers in front of us to the loyalty scheme which took quite a while.

Had a look at jeans ! A bit confused sizes ,we did ask a assistant, but she didn't know what the sizes were ,had to ask for help to understand their breakdown of sizes ? Didn't buy any

One of the high street brands with fairly good label and reasonable cost. Kids collection is very good. Men's wear also has decent collection and discounts are massive. Their loyalty programme is also worth checking. Staff is very helpful with trials and fetching items. Recommended.

Their stock doesn't change much, its all very samey any time we are in. Although there is lots there I wouldnt say its a great selection.. particularly in menswear.

Like the styles .prices are great . Just wish some of the fabrics were better, styles fabulous . Obviously higher quality fabrics would cost more but so worth it . Maybe do a budget range and a higher quality range . No complaints though

Another familiar favourite, but I will mention that I find the size 12 to run smaller here than in most places. Plenty variety and a satisfactory men's department. There were many sales rails too with a good variety of garments.

Lack of service on the shop floor, was disappointed as there was no real effort made when I asked for help regarding an item and was told upfront that it was out of stock, to then browse and find more of the product. I found the quality of the customer service lacked the willingness to engage with customers.
