Great fun for the kids and adults. Prices are decent and it's surprisingly big inside. They serve food and drinks also.

AMAZING!! Fantastic for little ones. We took 3 kids - 5, 6 and 7 and there were 3 adults and we all had a ball. So much fun!

Review by a 7 year old. I loved it. Had lots of fun. Super busy was hard to get a turn on slide. Mums review No hand sanitiser available and staff where not wiping down tables where people had been eating. Unhygienic even with out covid.

Went first week of school holidays and it was great not too busy, place is great and staff friendly and helpful. Went again this week and it was far too busy, think they should reduce the number of people allowed in at one time.

Don’t normally leave reviews but my daughter who has atizum loved this place we were there on Tuesday and Wednesday the stuff were lovely to her and she had the best time ever highly recommended thank you to the girls that work there u were very friendly xxx

Very underwhelming. Traveled over an hour to get there thinking that we were getting something suitable for all the family. This is not the case. Adults pay the same price as kids (even though when you get there it clearly isn't aimed at them), and in all honesty our 9 year old was at the upper age range and as much as he had a great time, everyone else left very disappointed. When on the course, the staff don't enforce the rules in the safety video, which means that even once you're on the course, you can't do anything through falling over people that shouldn't be where they are - came off 15 minutes into an hours session having had enough. To top it all off, order a coffee to find one of them full of hair long enough to string a violin. Would definitely not recommend

Took my 3 grandson's Twin's aged 7yrs and their little brother 6yrs after the circus to blow of some steam and was fantastic they loved it and we had something to eat before leaving food was lovely and cost overall was very good value for money

Fun for kids, not overly clean though, especially the toilets, and staff don't care much about kids breaking the rules etc.

Very professional, helpful and friendly service provided by the staff and party host Sam. On the day of the party they were short staffed so Sam's work doubled. Still he managed to take care of every need we had and meet all our expectations. I would highly recommend Innoflate for children's bday party. Thank you for making sure it all went well and we had a great time!

Good time, new settings (well wasn't here a year), birthday party good, kids happy, enough to bounce and make kids tired.

Didn't get to visit as we were called at 5pm the day before our 10am booking. Booking was cancelled due to "planned" repairs. Wouldn't even give us a full refund only offered a credit note. Appalling customer service

I took my (nearly) 3 year old daughter to Innoflate this morning for the InnoTots session. My daughter never had the grin off her face and just loved bouncing around. A really affordable and fun treat. Highly recommend.

Loved it. We visited here for a birthday party the first time and ever since, it has been an exciting play place for my daughter. Very thrilling bounce and slide areas

Took our 8 year old grandson and he had a ball the entrance fee was reasonable at £12.50 for an hour but you get a free pair of socks which they must put on before they enter

Great place for kids of all ages to have a bit of fun. Perfect for birthday parties where the kids can play on the huge inflatable park then stop for food which was decent. Pizza and hot dogs and the pizza option was either pepperoni or margarita

My kids enjoyed it 11yrs and 8yrs. I thought it was a little pricy though at £11.50 per person

The staff came on as a big group and was just making tiktoks and videos. You kinda had to stay in the same place and not go on the things that the staff was playing on while they were making videos. The staff were pretty much just hogging the stuff to make videos at a busy time. I get that they want to advertise so more people will come but they could do that at a quiet session or when everyone has left. Also got given the wrong colour of band and had to get a new one from reception after the staff on innoflate said my band session was over and my time was up when i had just arrived. Thankfully we got the correct coloured bands in the end. The inflatable is very slippy as well. Overall wasn’t the best experience i’ve had and probably wouldn’t go back i was really looking forward to going at the time it’s a bit of a shame really. Also as the inflatable is so slippery i had friction burns on my arm and back. I would recommend that the staff shouldn’t come on as a big group of 10 people and should make their tiktoks when every is gone 👎🏼

Rowdy bouncy fun. Keep your arms away from the bouncy bits otherwise you will lose skin! Great fun - I recommend that unless you have the fitness of an Olympic athlete you maybe just book 1 hr for your first visit....i lasted 15 mins before I ran out of sweat.

Was visiting in Aberdeen for a few days and took my boys here for the first time .They had a ball and the cafe was very reasonable price wise

Very expensive especially if you're an adult supervising a wee one and still have to pay. Was freezing sitting there but kids were really warm from bouncing. Its spacious and bigger than I thought. The Check in is very long... you have to fill out all the details for each person, full name, date of birth. Try completing the waiver before you turn up. Cafe was dismal. Fizzy drinks ie coke etc not working, no smoothies, lattes took forever but I suspect the guy was new. Tables dirty but it is a very busy place on a Saturday and the guy came round with a black bag to bin rubbish. The air hockey was also out of order, pretty glad at £2 a pop anyway. I seen they do parties, tables were set up with plates, cups, wristband, socks. Looked OK...nothing special. The toilets were freezing as is the water, no hot or even lukewarm water and my 4 year old niece has bigger puff than the hand driers. Would go back but only because the kids are oblivious to the issues and enjoyed it and it's an indoor fun event when wintery or raining. Ignorance is bliss eh. .

The staff here were friendly and helpful and there were several staff members within the bouncing area which added to the safety. However, it is set up so you cannot see your children for the most part whilst they are playing, which neither I nor my children were comfortable with. It felt far less safe than a trampoline park as children were constantly slipping and crashing into each other. We won't go again. The website also said the whole day was fully booked, but when we attended for a party we found out it was not.

Allmost the best for kids to get load a lots energy .

Me, the Space Invaders Frenzy master got scored 4 million at Innoflate! I might return here.

Very good deal for the after school price. Just thought the snack box could of been better with a half sandwich added in. Or advertise what you get included as there was such a mix up and didn't say anywhere on the ticket what was included and took almost 10mins to get served. There was the only 3 of us and noone else getting served at the time. There was a maximum of 5/6 people in the place. Staff very slow for the place being empty.
