I had gone into the argos collection point and was greeted with a queue of 4/5 people with one lady serving. She shouted for help and out from the back room stroll 2 other persons. One being on their mobile phone on a personal call. She didn’t even greet me with a blank expression on her face. Advised my collection and pickup number and she saunters off to the stock room which I followed so she had less to walk to do the handover. I waited outside of the stockroom door and when she appeared through the warehouse door she literally kicked the box with my item out the door - left it in the middle of the floor and said there you go and started walking away. Very rude and will not be using this collection point again. Very poor coming from an upmarket supermarket chain.

Neatly placed and many other shops next to it. It is a medium sized one though so don't expect to find everything Sainsbury's has to offer. Argos in store is a nice added bonus

This is a huge branch. Probably get almost everything you need groceries, clothing , snacks and meat. Also can pick up catering for parties if you order online.

Very clean, spacious and pleasant to walk through if your not on a weekly shopping trip.

Had a nosey for something for my holiday. Found a sunhat, carry on bag for the flight, a summer skirt, lightweight silky pyjamas, then had to stop. Lots of lovely clothes. Size 14 true to size. Easy parking

A great example of this brand supermarket. Great helpful staff and nothing was too much trouble. Usual great stock choice and value for money. From picking up pre ordered dresses, to retaining one and a general shop ALL the staff made my rushed visit to UK and visit to store a excellent day.

Don't go too often but every time I do there are a lot of empty shelves, especially if I go on a Sunday afternoon. Try an avoid it at this point as it almost always results in me having to go to another shop anyways for the rest of my shopping list.

Usually service is brilliant, but last visit the cigarettes kiosk had a queue but the assistant was also covering customer services, her dealing with a tricky customer caused a longer queue to form, thus causing discontent at a normally efficient service. The supervisor attended the to remove the returned items surely she could have dealt with the lady & left assistant to the cigs queue.

Very good and cheap items you can find throughout the day and especially at night it's much cheaper. Toilets smell. Not really great. Three stars for that

I come here to use the Deposit Return Scheme almost weekly, like any supermarket they have a wide range of things. Alot of places to park too which is very handy

Very average experience. Was visiting the Argos within. Bit disappointed the only entry and exit was at the furthest point and opposite end of. store. Car park maybe a little awkward.

Shop does not allow dogs in , however starbucks does. They share one entrance and neither security or starbucks knew if i am allowed in with my dog.

Been to The store a few times now they accept nectar card which is an absolute bonus. They also have an Argos in store as well which is great for picking up items.

Well laid out store. Plenty of choice. There are some stock here that you can't get in other supermarkets. Staff are always nice too.

My recent visit to the Sainsbury's in Aberdeen was quite positive. The store offered a wide range of products, and the aisles were well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The store's cleanliness and overall layout were impressive. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that some items seemed a bit pricey compared to other supermarkets. Nevertheless, it's a convenient and pleasant place to shop for groceries.

It's great as you can now do your shopping on Amazon shopping as well. Excellent service.

I love shopping here. Especially there is a special corner for halal meat (mutton, beef and chicken). And don't forget, you have to try buying the donuts here. Happy shopping.

Really disappointed. Bought Innocent Apple Juice on 28th October. When opened it at home next day, noticed that the best before date is 18th October... I liked shopping at Sainsbury's, but this situation makes me really angry and disappointed!

They have good variety but it was very busy when I was there.

Lovely sopping place. There is a coffee shop available inside Sainsbury we're you can have coffee, tee, drinks or eating something to relax before or after sopping. There you can find food, drink, jewellery, clothing, home products. They sale very gud quality products and different types of products.

Sainsbury's is one of the best shopping mall with a wide range of products. It's certainly a go to place in a competitive market besides other retail entities. There are multiple options of products with wide range of prices. As a new comer to Scotland, I enjoy the best deals from Sainsbury's every week. Helpful staff and good customer service experience. Its a tad off putting with the security looking everyone up and down as you come in the door though once past them it's a decent size with good stock levels

I've always liked shopping at Sainsbury. Great value and really helpful pleasant staff. Groceries,clothes Argos on site all makes Berryden store fab. Recently I had to self isolate and went online for home delivery . Nice lad arrived with my order. All purchases had good shelf time. It's also the only store I can buy sliced malted bread in Aberdee.

I always like coming here. Staff are attentive, great selection which is normally stocked well. Plus the layout is good, stuff seems grouped logically instead of all over the place.

A big store but the price of things in there are so expensive.They say they price match Aldi, but when I checked it nothing was cheaper or same to Aldi. They are false advertising and need to get their facts right. The chilled isles shelves had empty packaging left and the food just flung in a heap which looked very unprofessional. Will never sent foot in there again.

So beautiful inside with everything you may / not need haha. I also realise they have an intercontinental isle with loads of food. Amazing 👏

Happened to be in Aberdeen for first time in ages and decided to do a shop at Sainsbury's. Spacious car park, plenty disabled spaces near entrance. Did not visit cafe but it looked well laid out and comfortable. Store well laid out and easy to find the areas required. Also visited the in store Argos. As store not crowded going through checkout was quick. Checkout operator friendly and cheerful. Good shopping experience.
