Staff were initially slow to react when we first entered premises but when we finally got the attention of someone and told them reason for being there it changed dramatically, had been dealing with Luke for months but due to shortage of new cars and late delivery by manufacturers Luke was great all the way throughout our experience keeping us updated regularly. Everything was ready on day of collection and they added some nice touches to make it more of a pleasant experience, will recommend to friends and family. Luke took all the hassle out of buying a new car from initial concept to final delivery - well done, great experience

I have been really impressed with this Dealership. My car has a recall, I am having problems getting it to them and they have gone out of their way to help me. Having owned many different cars, bought from many different dealers over the years I would definitely recommend this as one of the best. Great experience at Parks Mazda Ayr, staff attentive and completed great social distancing. Good prices for works completed, by the Mazda technicians, even sending me video evidence of works found that required highlighting, and that would perhaps require further work. Never had that level of feedback before, great idea. I will be back at Park's Mazda Ayr and would advise anyone with that mark of car to give them a try.

I have a Motability car, which is a Mitsubishi, and the grab handle had come loose. They saw me and fixed it without an appointment, for which I am extremely grateful, as I need the grab handle to get in and out of the car.

Poor service and attitude from service receptionist. Car was booked in for work and was rather rudely told it wouldn't be done and was given no options at short notice. Not what I'd except from a large national company.

Great experience with Park's and Luke, everything went smoothly from the applying until the keys' handover. No unnecessary calls/contacts, no pushing, every step was to the point and I've got my car 3 months earlier than what I've expected. Thanks !
