A new, clean and reasonably priced hotel. Easily accessible although surrounded with a Panda within 2 minutes of walking. The staff were very helpful.

I loved the hotel. Clean rooms, value for money, helpful staff, what else could you ask for in a hotel. And its a new hotel, so everything including sofa, TV, bed, almira etc is new. Plus they provide crockery for cooking/heating along with an electric stove.. Perfect!!!!

If we could give 7 stars, we would. We were 5 people staying for 5 days and 4 nights in the double bedroom suite. Everything was very clean and modern. Breakfast was on time every morning. Housekeeping was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Abha/Khamis Mushait region.

I had worst experience with this hotel. We booked 1 room for 3 adults through booking.com but when we reached at hotel, the receptionist guy told us that they didnt have room with 3 beds and they offered us an extra mattress in v.small room. We refused to take this option because we paid for bed. After a long conversation of 45 minutes he gave us their deluxe room with 4 bed. The Worst part is here that, after we checked out from hotel they deduct extra charges of 300 SAR from my credit card without any prior information and when contact their management, they told this extra charges for deluxe room.
