Good hotel and service. Can be more environment friendly and use less plastic. Needs more vegetarian/vegan food options

Chinese run and very well run. Luxurious accommodation, excellent breakfast.

The hotel is in a nice location.. the rooms are well maintained and very clean, but still some sort of fishy smell is always there, especially in washrooms… rest the staff is very nice & kind to people… they have Resturant in 5th floor and the food is too good… next time I might stay here only for the food… the food is little pricey….

This place is good. Breakfast is very nice. There is also a supermarket on the Ground floor

Very good and modern hotel in Abidjan

Found a cockroach in my bathroom and so did my colleague in her sofa in her room. The staff are very lovely but the hotel is just okay. Compared to other hotels in Abidjan I will simply say what you pay for is what you get.

Rooms and food okay, staffs are friendly and accomodating

This hotel provides a lot of services and activities for both children and adults( a large indoor pool for swimming, a gym and yoga to keep you healthy etc... ). In spite of its intertaiment facilities it also business facilities; a big room for major events such as seminars, weddings, party hosting etc... Spending your valuable time there will worth it. Not only their rooms are flawless, but also spacious. And guess what??? The rates per night/ stay aren't that much compared to the standard of the hotel. There, you will also find Asian restaurant, European's and African's cuisine so you don't have to worry about what will eat. As its name says, HOTEL FAMILLE MONDIALE or WORLD FAMILY HOTEL in English, is where you will always feel at home with your loving and carring family.

Rooms are good and clean. Location is good there is a market beside and it is convenience. However, 9/12/2023 11.30am - 12.00pm when I doing my checked in, a lady at reception having a very bad attitude, we are just asking whether can request for an extra card but she was giving me a very impatient attitude to tell me that they not able to provide this service to us.
