My
stay
was
awful,
knowing
that
it's
high
level
hotel,
maybe
5
star?
Anyways,
at
breakfast
you
can
find
a
clean
table
only
if
you
come
early.
Coming
in
the
middle
of
breakfast
means
you
will
have
to
find
a
fork
and
a
knife
from
different
tables.
Dinner
there
was
awful,
one
or
two
people
serving
the
whole
dining
area.
They
often
forgot
drinks
we
ordered.
The
hotel
states
that
they
speak
four
languages
though
I
rarely
found
English
speaking
staff.
I
mean
not
everyone
at
reception
even
spoke
English.
Ordering
food
was
also
difficult
because
they
didn't
understand
English,
I
could
have
never
came
there
to
eat
without
my
French
speaking
friend.
The
minifridge
was
empty,
no
minibar
at
all
and
these
things
are
available
everywhere,
this
was
the
first
hotel
that
I
have
stayed
without
any
food
or
drinks
in
the
room
at
all.
Also,
don't
get
me
started
on
room
cleaning.
Cleaning
staff
don't
understand
English
so
I
could
never
explain
the
problems
in
the
room
to
them.
One
of
the
days
I
had
fever
and
when
they
came
to
clean,
I
couldn't
explain
that
I
don't
need
the
services.
What's
interesting
is
that
many
hotels
somehow
manage
to
clean
the
room
when
you're
out
of
the
hotel.
In
this
case,
all
the
time
staff
came
to
clean,
it
was
always
when
I'm
in
the
room
and
I
didn't
spend
much
time
there.
I
think
the
biggest
problem
of
the
hotel
is
the
MANAGEMENT.
When
it's
awful,
everything
falls
apart,
like
in
this
place.
I
stayed
in
this
hotel
because
of
friend
recommendation
and
I
know
he
has
a
good
taste
in
hotels,
he
stayed
there
two
years
before.
So
something
happened
during
those
two
years
and
my
guess
is
management
changed.
Please
fix
it.
