I was told that this hotel was one of the best in Abidjan. There was not much to complain accept the service in the restaurant, some days OK and other days terrible. No effort is made to cater for English speakers. Breakfast offers great variety. Tables were left dirty after customers have gone. The pool area was also dirty with used towels Lying around and no one in attendance. We had a very expensive dinner with poor service on the first night. Dining felt like you were eating in a cafeteria. The setting over the river and the highway is beautiful. Beautiful decor in reception area.

Great experience at Pullman. Rooms are comfortable and are kept very clean. Very good spread for their breakfast with super tasty options. Visited their restaurant a couple of times for lunch and dinner and was not disappointed at all. Would be great if they can have more staff that can communicate in English as this presented a challenge in a number of occasions.

Absolutely excellent all around, rooms, service, location. To top it off...the highlight was that I couldnt get a car to the airport very late at night and the manager of the hotel gave me a lift as he was travelling on the same flight. Cant get better service than this!! Thanks a lot!

I enjoyed my stay here. I didn't need to speak French to be understood. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Great view and great food. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Abidjan. Its relatively expensive but absolutely worth it.

My stay was awful, knowing that it's high level hotel, maybe 5 star? Anyways, at breakfast you can find a clean table only if you come early. Coming in the middle of breakfast means you will have to find a fork and a knife from different tables. Dinner there was awful, one or two people serving the whole dining area. They often forgot drinks we ordered. The hotel states that they speak four languages though I rarely found English speaking staff. I mean not everyone at reception even spoke English. Ordering food was also difficult because they didn't understand English, I could have never came there to eat without my French speaking friend. The minifridge was empty, no minibar at all and these things are available everywhere, this was the first hotel that I have stayed without any food or drinks in the room at all. Also, don't get me started on room cleaning. Cleaning staff don't understand English so I could never explain the problems in the room to them. One of the days I had fever and when they came to clean, I couldn't explain that I don't need the services. What's interesting is that many hotels somehow manage to clean the room when you're out of the hotel. In this case, all the time staff came to clean, it was always when I'm in the room and I didn't spend much time there. I think the biggest problem of the hotel is the MANAGEMENT. When it's awful, everything falls apart, like in this place. I stayed in this hotel because of friend recommendation and I know he has a good taste in hotels, he stayed there two years before. So something happened during those two years and my guess is management changed. Please fix it.

Location. Location. Location. Service. Not so much. If you're not French speaking, you'll be ignored for a long time. Do you know they make you walk all the way around to the front gate which is about 4 blocks instead of letting you in through the back gate. Wow!! But the ambiance makes up for everything.

Due to the exceptional friendliness and proactivity of the staff, I asumme the trainings provided has yielded significant accomplishments. My experience here has been immensely enjoyable, very well done👍 to the management and I am certain to return on my next visit. It's one of best options in Abidjan if not the best.

Honestly, you could book it just to sleep in a serene environment for a few days if you need to recharge. SO relaxing. Rooms are stylishly decorated, quiet and extremely comfortable. Guaranteed fantastic sleep in the amazing beds. The views particularly of the lagoon-facing rooms are GORGEOUS, day and especially at night with all the lights in the distance. The shower stalls could however use a full closure to keep showers nice and steamy for an even better experience. Polite, helpful, efficient staff at the front desk, though they delayed in providing some items we asked for so definitely some improvement needed there. Especially grateful for the service of the cleaning staff who were very accommodating and kind. The breakfast dining experience was great, food was a decent selection and the staff in that section were extremely professional and catered to our every need without us even having to ask for anything. Would recommend!

Not satisfied. The gym AC was not working on many days. Ground floor board room had AC leakage- water was dripping on guests and the ceiling was looking bad. Breakfast and lunch seemed overbooked - getting tables was an issue as was getting cutlery and napkins. Refill of items was also very slow and most days at least few items were out of stock.

My stay in Pullman Abidjan was wonderful, the service, the staff. A big thank to the team in the Hotel, especially for Miss Rita who was providing a top class service to the hotel guests.

Beautiful environment, rooms are good and equipped with all facilities for a comfortable stay. Good variety of food for breakfast. Staff are pleasing and ready to help.

I visited the Pullman when I was in Abidjan. Nice hotel. It has a great view of the lagoon and It is even more beautiful at night .

Visited this hotel, hoping that it would step up tp it's brand image and service The housekeeping service was bad, and reception ppl like to pick up phone and listen but do not do any thing asper request Another part was room change where they booked and charged for laguna view room but then later stated rooms are full them what is the reason to take confirmation and provided me with alternatives which was nit correct Breakfast was decent Overall service was not good

I had a marvelous experience at Pullman, during my stay. All would be wonderful if I do not have challenges accessing internet in my room. I have lodged on floor 4 and had to come to elevator or ground floor before u can get proper internet. Pullman has the greatest breakfast and the personel is simply the best.

We stayed at a junior suite with many functionalities unavailable, such as the bathroom curtain. While showering, the floor would get all soaked as the water drain was clogged. It was proposed to change rooms but it never happened. Housekeeping enters the rooms without notice even with a sign poste outside. No taxi services. In contrast, the restaurant and bar is worth trying.

Wonderful hotel! I wish I could have stayed longer; I was only there for one night. But the place is beautiful and the vibe is awesome. And that was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in haha. Also the staff was very friendly and professional. Rufus in particular greeted us upon our arrival and worked hard to take care of us from the moment we arrived. If I’m ever in Côte d’Ivoire again, I would love to stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pullman during the Christmas holidays. The food is amazing, the drinks are top . Their signature detox drink is a must to try . as a regular visitor of Abidjan I have been in many hotels and Pullman is by far my favorite. the staff is welcoming and polite and expedite check in and out procedures. rooms are clean. Also the gym is not so bad.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever been, the personnel was so caring so nice, the service awesome, the breakfast sooooo good, I went to the spa and meet Stefie who took care of me, she was extra nice and soo humble. The receptionist kuame I think his name is gave us immediately a room because i was with my little baby, that moved me a lot as a mother. I recommend this hotel 100%

Loved the buffet lunch they serve so many choices to make but the setting is just beautiful. The staff there is quick to serve and ready to help when in need. Then there is the beautiful wood ceiling design as you walk in and the ceiling installation but the coffee bar in the downstairs lobby. I’ll stare for days

Great personnel who do not deserve such an unkind and unprofessional Hotel Director who, after losing our reservation, was unable and not willing to help us after 5 hours waiting for a solution. Her personnel could not believe the unprofessional behaviour of their boss, and kindly managed to book us nice suites in Sofitel, and organized transportation for us. Hotel Director 0, hotel staff 10.

I have lodged at Pullman twice and I can comfortably say that it is one of the best brands in the hospitality business in the city of Abidjan. Nice and serene environment for comfort and well secured for business and pleasure. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Impressed with the friendliness of their staff; attending to the slightest of my need. Kreishia was always there at the restaurant making sure I get a yummy meal experience.

I really enjoyed my time at the Pullman! Their are in the heart of the business center Plateau. From there you can go anywhere. Their brunch is beyond delicious and very diversified. There is something for every palate, the device was impeccable and I must say Mrs potin is just ‘’la cerise sur le gâteau ‘’. The way she treats the customers and makes them feel like they are royalty. And even more special when you notice that this is how she is with her employees as well. Totally genuinely a good person that always make you feel heard and seen. What else can you ask for. Will definitely come back there and will recommend to anybody if you want a taste of Abidjan and have fun in the process

One of the best hotel I’ve visited. I was greeted and welcomed in the best way possible and the view of the room was just spectacular. The bed was really spacious and comfortable. The food of the restaurant Was excellent, I ate there for most of my stay. Overly a great experience 100% recommend.

The welcome from Marie-France was exceptional today! She complimented us upon arriving and brought us all the way down. She also came to check on us systematically and helped us get waiters attention. Pullman's brunch is the best in town! No comparison.

The service at Pullman couldn't have been better. Nice rooms, great organization for the meeting we hosted and really gentle service, specially Marie Denise et Everence were super helpful and accommodated.

Overall, the hotel lived up to its reputation of giving a premium experience. The hotel looks as in the pictures with attention paid to keeping it pristine clean. The front desk staff are courteous and willing to help in any way to make your stay comfortable. The hotel has got a gym which is a little small with regards to size but has necessary equipment for workout. Spa is also great. Staff there are top notch. Loved the lagoon view from the hotel. Hotel is beginning to show signs of aging though. The management needs to pay attention to peeling furniture, torn leather, etc.

Such an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful and clean with great food. Not to mention the bedding was extremely comfy allowing for the perfect rest after exploring the city. However, the best part of this hotel was the service provided by the staff, specifically Margaux! She was so helpful with our reservations and consistently checked in every detail for us. Sorry to say but it doesn't justify the high price per night and is not meeting Pullman international standards (same problem for most other high class / chain hotels in the city). Service can be good or a bit less attentive. Pool is nice, but unfortunately is being overlooked by many people. Breakfast is amazing...but they stop stocking up food after 9 AM (technically breakfast is until 10.30 AM), so you are left with many empty bowls, also many tables are not being prepared for new guests...despite plenty of waiters walking around. The room has a wonderful bed. The mini bar is not filled. Ordering drinks to the room works, but takes time. The charge for airport pickup is very high, instead recommend using Uber or similar apps or local taxis.

Love the ambience. Hotel staff were professional yet friendly. I was there for a 4-day meeting but did not lodge however. Meeting rooms, though a bit small and the service provided we're great.

I fell in love with Pullman the first time I went there and wanted to go always . So tonight I want to come for the after work Thursday and get stopped without any reason at the entrance . I felt absolutely discriminated and humiliated . It took a call to someone who is familiar with the establishment to grant me entry. Can you imagine that ? So the guards have that much power to even stop you from entering. I am not impressed at all.

All the people working at hotel there are really friendly from the security guards and the kitchen staffs and the cleaning staff’s and the reception Staff’s.. I do enjoy the service very well from each and everyone at the hotel 🏨
