Very bad! I can see that it was once a great hotel but not anymore. The ceiling in the hall is falling apart and water is dropping down inside. The bathroom in the bedroom is very dirty - even water came out brown! Disgusting! The bed is OK and the AC worked well. Wi-Fi in the bedroom is weak but it works for simply browsing. The breakfast is not the best. I wanted to swim but there were frogs inside the pool!! Anyway, will never be back!

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the facilities and the service do not deserve one star. Staff at the from desk is rude and they are equipped with none a the 4 star amenities. The front desk staff is not able to respond to any guest request. I am not sure when is the last time this hotel saw any renovations but they are long overdue. They have a kettle for tea but no plug in the vicinity. I would like to point out the lack of usefulness of the staff in particular Mr. N Kouame. Finally security at this hotel is poor all back door are always left opened.

I wish, i could give 0 star , anyway i will suggest to everybody that please don't come here for stay . Their service is third class whether it is about water situation in bathroom or something else . there is no blanket , kettle , even they dont have good food . For vegetarian people its hell. not a single veg dish they have .

Everything is old. Bathtub was rusty, bedsheets was tooshort for bed, soap holder and shower curtain had mold on them

Has a great lawn, the room and staff quality is great, compared to the price, I have paid more to sleep in worse hotels. The restaurant food isn't very nice, the prices at restaurant a bit high. Breakfast is a buffet and has pretty much variety. The hotel feels safe.

a bit far from the heart of bubbly city life. well unless u r driving, then u good. hotel services we just okay.

Not anough tables in the cafeteria, very stuffy rooms, Low quality appliances, terrible quality food plus lack of variety.

Not bad, but definitely needs an upgrade. The room I was in was small and a bit bland, but the bed was soft and the Internet was ok. Breakfast was good and the staff was polite and helpful. Only recommended if the Sofitel is full.

A nice hôtel with an amazing view

I really liked how I was received, so welcoming and friendly staff.

Rooms are a little stuffy. Old school bathroom installations still in place

The decor is looking a bit tired. You don't need to be staying at the hotel to use the facilities. On my last visit I used the business center. Nominal fee. Nice place to have lunch in the balcony area large enough to house serveral diners reasonably priced with nice views. Also attended a wedding reception. Food and drink is good.

The decor is a bit tired. Air con in the bar is a bit high. The bar leads out to a terrace over looking the pool and river. If you order a taxi for your security they take the number plate and I beleive the drivers id. The pool is great with bbq/grill near by. The duck salad was good but had to wait way to long for it to arrive. Hotel management are heading for a change so we can expect some improvements.

The hotel is in a very good location with a nice compound but the inside needs a renovation. I will not personally book to stay there again. Nothing that inspire me.
