The management needs to review a lot.. at least find one English speaking person to tend to concerns... i mean its an international hotel.. they cant expect foreigners to talk French. My friend asked for the bill, a beer came. I ordered a burger-steak came. There are a lot of mosquitoes at the pool area...so bring your repellants. A bit on the expensive end considering the service. They don't even refill the counter coffee... until i asked... and this is to consuder that I am easy to please. Breakfast buffet is good though.. i enjoyed the mushrooms and sardines.

True to Radisson style, this hotel exudes elegance and comfort. Upon entry, aside from the usual security you are greeted by a subtle and comforting ambiance which smells like a flower garden. The service, even in the pandemic is as what you would expect from an elegant hotel. I love the layout, simple and familiar yet classy. The room has ample space and are ideal for both business traveller's and family vacations. I cam see that adjoining rooms are available. You can get work done also with the fast and reliable internet. Buffet breakfast consists of varied menu with wonderful assortment of bread and pastries. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable, the pillows and bed are so soft that it melds on the contour of your body that enables peacefully sleep. There is also an alfresco area for an intimate private conversation that allows you to enjoy the climate of the host country. This place is highly convenient as well due to the proximity to the airport. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Nice hotel, with super good AC. It would be helpful if you speak French, but we muddled through. ATM in lobby about clips you about 3% compared to the airport money changers. Nice outdoor bar/eating area around the pool. Their shuttle is usually available around the airport if you need a ride to the hotel. If you ask, they will allow you to take the shuttle to the airport Burger King.

A very Decent, warm and cool environment, very close to Abidjan International Airport About 5mins drive. Only challenge i had here is language barrier because i don't speak French i struggle to understand when the staff speak French..

Great Hotel. The GM - Christophe was so pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as ever. We had travelled in with a family that has a long layover with us, and he generously allowed for their luggage to be kept in safety while they waited during their 8 hr layover. I definitely recommend the hotel. Also try their Tilapia and Attieke. It's so delish.

Disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel from Jan 1-2, 2024. My company had already covered the room charges, yet due to some communication issues, I was forced to prepay again just to access my room after a grueling 12-hour flight. Despite promises of a refund, I'm still waiting 3 weeks later with no update. My emails have gone unanswered, despite attaching all necessary documents. Your lack of response is concerning and I'm left in the dark about my refund status. #CustomerServiceMatters

Amazing Hotel with great location, the service of housekeeping is terrible I never had towels in my bathroom when I got to the hotel at night. The wifi is excellent. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is a must such a great variety!!!

Super close to Abidjan airport and really nicely organized. Good and big breakfast buffet, and great spacious and clean rooms. Kind, multilingual staff and lots of additional services like a pool and fitness room. Not cheap, but that's what you get if you go for a 5 star hotel.

I will give this place a well deserved 5 star. The rooms are clean and tidy, the front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. My only regret is I was here for just one night. I came in feel unwell. The front desk helped call Doctor. What really touched me is after the Dr left, the front desk called to check on me and offer their support. Fortunately, things were far better by morning and I had a great breakfast before leaving. And a plus, it's close to the airport nada they have free shuttles.

Good experience overall. The service is great! Yvette and Betrau are magnificent at rendering services. The hotel needs to be more attentive to the rooms. My desk light did not work. There was no soap when I entered. Not very good. But overall, it was alright

Good place to lay your head before flight. I spent just a couple of hours before my flight. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Food service takes long so I strongly recommend ordering on arrival. Pizza or hamburger is the quickest one.

Clean and comfortable stay. The receptionist was fun to chat with and made a room upgrade. Great breakfast too. One minor issue: the bed was actually a combo of two singles so the slight gap between them can be a tiny bit bothersome.

The room is outstanding. We went off property to have lunch at a great Italian restaurant and were shocked to learn that this Radisson Blu location does not allow its customers to bring leftover food into the hotel. We are still trying to understand the logic behind this. As frequent global travelers, we simply have never experienced such a rule. Seems very local? This did not seem real to us and is unacceptable.

I had a very good staying. The staff is very friendly. I had a very special attention from Zouzou. She very professional and attentive to clients. It is my third time and I will definitely come and stay here at Radisson again. I wish I could leave one suggestion. The lights in the rooms should remain off. I always switched off but the room service put the them on. Rooms are prepared to automatically switch off the lights. Otherwise I loved my accommodation. See you next time. Mo towelin room the girst night and it took 2,5 hours to have one delivers. Ordered club sandwich which took 1.5 hours. Asked for shaving kit due to missed baggage and it took over 3 hours for it to be delivered to the room

Short but excellent stay! Had a brief stay here and it was excellent! Clean spacious room , absolutely loved the washroom! Almost a walking distance from the airport . Just your typical Radisson hospitality.

This front desk receptionist named Fabian has an amazing smile, gesture, professionalism to die for or anyone can ask for as an employer. When ever I had the hotel stay he has that quality consistently.

Hotel is big, place for some airlines to overnight. Breakfast was good But, Employees were not nice, laundry service was POOR no one pickup your laundry. Telephone in room are useless because they don’t pickup your call too. This is my first night and feels unsatisfactory for the hotel service.

Amazing place by all standards. But I was very disappointed that I check-in at 3.00 pm and I had to wait 4 good hours before I could ever something to eat. Get to the kitchen at 7 p.m. and no one was there to make sure things were going on well. My disappointment at the kitchen made me check out the following morning.

Being my 1st visiting Abidjan, I must say arrival to the hotel was beyond my expectations. Lovely place to stay at and it's a stone's throw from the airport. Will definitely recommend Raddison Blu for a stay.

Nice and clean rooms. Don't expect much if you ask them to do a romantic decoration for your room. It's an airport Hotel pretty much sleep in luxury and awake to do your business. The breakfast is great too.

The Radisson Blu Airport Hotel, Abidjan is an architectural edifice which is a walking distance from the Airport. Security is great, hotel ambience is excellent, staffs are welcoming, check-in is fast, rooms are superclean, dining is great and food is tasty with a lot of options to select from. The airport view is a delight to watch if you get a room with a window view looking the airport. If you are looking for a hotel in Abidjan where you can take quick walks to near by malls, restaurant, bars, etc..Radisson Blu Airport Hotel, Abidjan is not an option as it is far away from the city nerve center. You will need a taxi to take you to any spot of your choice which you would like to visit. However, if you are looking for a quiet hotel away from the city buzz and noise, Radisson Blu Airport Hotel, Abidjan is the perfect choice. This hotel is in its own class and i would always visit again.

About me: I'm an American, upper-middle-class and middle-aged dad who enjoys independent (backpack) travel to remote locations and new experiences sometimes alone and sometimes with my family. Demographic at this lodging international and regional business. Overall: It was a miserable experience. Our room had a very strong odor. Not sure if it was pesticide or cleaning agents but it was unbearable. Context: this hotel is a stones throw from the airport. It takes about 10 min to walk it. My experience: My family and I spent one night and because of the odor we couldn't wait to leave. Food: the food was great! Wide selection and some of the best food we had on our trip. Very consistent and reliable. Room Service: prompt and responsive Price: the cost for a small room was high Hygiene: stains dingy carpet torn wall paper (see pictures) Shower: ample hot water pleasant rain-shower head Electrical safety: No GFCI no AFCI Security: high background crime and terrorism risk, controlled access, deadbolt, CCTV, dedicated guards. Bars on windows. there was forced entry damage--see picture. Room safe. WiFi: good reliable and steady Service: attentive staff. Staff attitude: welcoming friendly and helpful Staff intrusiveness low/low-moderate Amenities: mini-fridge, water boiler in the room for tea. Pool: was cloudy needs improved filtration and professional chemical treatment. Child friendly: mostly business guests Pet friendly no Cons: strong odor

Very nice establishment and lovely breakfast. Carpet in the reception area needs a clean though, but with the amount of people passing through it is understandable.

Good Location and Rooms... Pathetic Restaurant and almost negligible options... And they don't allow outside food ... So if you are vegetarian, all you eat day in and day out is Margherita Pizza Front desk also can't speak and understand English...

Great hotel. The staff is very nice. Not sure why all the negative comments about staff kindness. Hermand Kardioula at the front desk is a true professional and is great. If you do not speak French then you may have small issues lost in translation while ordering. When that happened to me the front desk was more than happy to translate. Thank you Radisson ABJ!

I ordered daily fish to room. it was the worst cooked and served fish I have ever eaten. The fish was not cleaned well. And also, fries smelled of oil . If the photo was added, ı can upload it

Hotel is good. The hotel rooms are very decent and clean. But I work as flight attendant at Turkish Airlines and I just gave my uniform to dry cleaning and almost I cant took my clothes. They gave me my all uniform last minutes.

Nice room with comfy bed in good location if you are transitting for a flight (close to airport), but it is miles from the nearest shop, so for airport it is perfect, otherwise... its in the middle of nowhere. The operation and services at this hotel are the worst I have ever experienced. They ran out of beer tonight!!! Not just my preferred beer, but ALL beer inc draught local product!!! All restocking is done by robot/ spreadsheet/programme nowadays so how could this be allowed to happen. For an international group like Radisson Blu, the staff level of English language comprehension was very bad. Now I know this is a French speaking country, and I understand I am in their country, but it's an international hotel, not a side-street motel! I found myself constantly pulling up my phone for good ol' Google Translate! Not just in the corridor with the maid, but also in the front line restaurant/bar area as well! This is not a cheap hotel! But I have had better service/comprehension at the roadside guesthouses.

Good location a walking distance from the Airport Room are very spacious .clean and room service great. language is a barrier . A hotel of such level should have staff who are multilingual to be able to cater to guest needs.The food Also leaves much to be desired There was no menu in the room and I had to try and communicate with the restaurant. a number of time I got the wrong dish served

Overall, it's a pleasant short stay place 1-2 nights. Shame because with some very minor changes in customer service, menu and maintenance it could be awesome. to fail, plugs, taps etc. Food is generally okay. The staff need lessons in customer service and efficiency though. Very slow on all fronts, although they are mostly polite. Breakfast is awesome though. When I stayed last time there was a conference. Took over 2 hours for evening meal to arrive after reminding with them twice, zero service at the bar, over an hour to get a bottle of beer! Water didn't arrive. It was just shocking. The pool is disgusting. Stay away. Needs proper filtration and chlorination. I went for a swim and could not smell any chlorine, really cloudy water. Shame because it would be awesome if it was maintained. Overall, it's a hit-and miss pleasant short stay place 1-2 nights. Shame because with some very minor changes in customer service, menu and maintenance it could be awesome.

Beyond my expectations... Excellent customer service. The food was delicious. The whole place was elegant and sophisticated. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay there again

The rooms are very comfortable, but the tv only plays French which you can't change to English. It's terrible if you don't understand French. Local meals are not to wonderful.
