    Bad experience when it was time to pay. I swiped three different functioning credit cards that didnt work in their POS terminal. Hotel doesn't accept AMEX. Person that was supposed to change USD never arrived. They usually do not have any cash which makes it hard as a tourist since one usually need small bills to negotiate with the taxi driver. Hotel is new and rooms are quite nice. Food is ok. AC functions well and beds are very comfortable.

    The hotel had very nice communication prior my arrival. Once, I arrived, I was asked to wait and after an hour wait, I was informed that there is no room available (I had the confirmation from booking at least 1 month in advance). Obviously, it is inconvenient to have to find an alternative hotel so short notice. Other than that, the hotel seemed nice. Also, I was told by the hotel that taxi from the airport to the hotel would cost between 10000 to 15000 FCFA, when in fact, it cost 3500 FCFA.
