Palace of Culture is a multipurpose national events center. This place can occupy as much as 10000 people depending on the type of event and the Hall chosen. There are different categories of spaces available, ranging from an enclosed air conditioned halls to open space areas. The cultural center is used for conferences, musical shows, festivals, meeting area, fairs etc. It's opened 24/7
