I would rather book online or pay a visit to saphir voyage any day.

    Today i did call airfrance cote d'ivoire to ask about when should i do my coronavirus test because i'm traveling on monday, the lady the lady over the phone was the most rude staff i ever meet when traveling on airfrance. The lady on the phone 6days ago was 5 stars staff

    Agency located inside the Ivoire Trade Center. Nice environnement but not very well organized. I went there 30min before they opened just to find out that the visits are based on appointments. The appointments are made in a third party website and no information about this website on the airfrance website or on the application. I ended up waiting about 2 hours to speak to someone for 5 minutes, although i was the first in line when the opened the store. Besides that, the associates and the security person were very courteous and helpful, hence the 3 stars.

    Just as the company it self, this sales office is a good ambassador of the Air France brand. It just takes too long to have an operator assist you over the phone.

    I needed change my flight and after 3 days trying to get a hold of someone to no avail , I finally decided to go to the travel agency. The staff (namely a certain Ms. Kane), was quite disrespectful and displayed the the most unprofessional behavior you could expect. Not only she failed to address the issue with the ticket she was rude and very unwelcoming (made me feel I was even bothering).

    Not really satisfied with Air France. My demand wasn't take unto consideration in the plane. No snack for a long journey it is really difficult when travelling either kids. Also no flexibility to help when you add another luggage after buying the ticket.
