Well located didn't sleep there but had meetings and diner on their outdoor and in the restaurant It took some time before a waiter came to attend to us Orders took long before being delivered The only thing I really love is their cognac and cigar lounge bar at the 2nd floor, very posh cozy and classy. There, the service is great. Recommend it for people who do not like crowd and want to enjoy salsa music and nice environment

What I like here is absolutely its terrace. I like the scenery from here. Refreshing and all blue… Clean and well-decorated. I didn’t stay at the hotel because i live in Abidjan, I can’t make a comment for accommodation. As I see, the service is a bit slow. I waited a bit long but it wasn’t a problem for us. It can be improved, for an advice. Recommended. 👍🏻

I don't know if it's just me or does anyone else face their stuff getting stolen from their rooms? I'm not the only one. And I think staff should exercise contentment rather than taking guests belongings. I'd definitely advice my friends not to go there.

Wow...been a while I had such an experience at an hotel. Everything was spot on, rooms are luxury, swimming pool was scary sure to it's location but clean, the menus we're great and above all, the employees were great. Missing Noom already

I only went for dinner at this hotel. Very beautiful. Setting is very nice. Restaurant was beautiful with a very nice terrasse. Magnificent view. Food was catastrophic. 40 min wait to get the wine bottle. 1 hour wait to get the 1st course and on top they forgot 4 dressings out of 4 dishes. I took the chicken broth with ravioli and lemongrass as main course. I was served hot soya sauce with ravioli and some carrot. It was disgusting. They took the dish back, added some water, and returned it. When I mentioned what the menu said, they just gave a blank stare. The food of my friends were as bad as mine. Worst restaurant ever.

I went there to see the afcon match. Just to be clear. I wasn't a regular client etc. Anyway.... They have a lot of space for the match viewing. The personnel is quite helpful sometimes doing too much. The hotel seems nice. With nice views of the lagoon , the new bridge and Cocody. It's a nice place for a sunset with the flocks of birds and bats flying over the water. Food and drinks are overrated and overpriced from my point of view. Parkings are available. Don't know if there are free ones but I used the green parkings. (500xof per hour) which is ok. Security is ok with scan at the entrance. Traffic can be hectic to exit the plateau but it's the same practically everywhere. .

Nice and clean hotel, just wait for the check inn around 1h, and to receive our luggage 1h. Staff is always smiling and helpful. Lunch was good. Only bad thing is the curtains, it’s not giving fully darkness.

I would have rated this hotel 5 star if it was not the size of their standard room. Too small for my liking otherwise, great location, views and restaurant options

While this hotel is well built. The swimming pool is very uncomfortably to located with no suitable place for private swimming. The rooms are poorly separated and lack privacy

The hotel is probably one of the nicest you could find in Abidjan. The view on the business district and the highway give a very 'urbanistic' feeling. The decoration is ultra-moden and art pieces are everywhere.

It’s definitely better than the sister brand - Seen hotel. They share owners. Noom is in a good location and the view from the restaurant is really good. I forgot to take pictures but don’t forget when you come here. Room rate is slightly above average. The downside is the room itself - there is hardly any difference when compared to Seen hotel which is a good 100 dollars cheaper.

Very accessible location (plateau) and about 25 minutes from the airport. I really loved my stay. My shuttle didn't show up and I had no idea about hotel confirmation. I was able to do a reservation online in a few minutes. My room felt kind of small but the views was breathing. Partly on the beautiful city of Abidjan, it's highways and the lagoon. Above all, friendly staff with good food

We just went for a drink during our last night in Abidjan. The view from the bar is amazing especially when the sun starts to get down.

We enjoyed the Sunday brunch at Noom today. Absolutely fabulous experience - the food was delicious (cold and hot buffet, freshly cooked, wide selection of salads and desserts, and a complimentary glass of champagne or fruit juice). The staff are amazing, top quality service, and the venue and surroundings are a real showcase for Abidjan. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 service . very friendly and helpful staff. The view from the rooms was spectacular, but everything about the place was worth the price being charged

Spent a night there with my family this weekend and we loved the experience. Special mention of Theresa at the reception desk who was excellent in her service. She deserves commendation. Will definitely come back any time we are in Abidjan 😍

Room was small. Hotel location in full business area. The infinity swimming pool at 7th floor has a good view of the lagoon area. The restaurant menu has a limited variety. But the breakfast variety was good. Nice restaurant on high floor with a good view at night specially.

Recommend. Rooms are like little studios, but clean, modern, and well thought out. The shower did leak under the door, which was frustrating as you had such a small space to manoeuvre to begin with. Buffet breakfast is good, although the service I received was a little tardy in the restaurant. Room service was on point and friendly.

Very beautiful hotel inside and out, great staff, truly 5 star quality. The only downside is the food, I did not enjoy the dishes I ate at the hotel. But if you’re looking for a great place to rest do it here, just eat elsewhere

Well we booked a junior suite and when we got there they gave us a standard room. Very disappointing since we pre booked. We also called and asked for room service 4 time and it never came. For a hotel that prides itself on excellence and a retreat from the busy Conakry life it was NOT. Not sure the stay was worth the price. We were expecting a nice room and arrive only to get the opposite. We tried to explain what we reserved but they kept denying it. Saying it was our fault. Typical African culture way. Will definitely be going somewhere else next time.

Le 7ème étage est sublime le soir avec cette piscine à débordement qui offre comme une continuité sur le lac Ebrié, comme si on pouvait passer de l'une vers l'autre juste en nageant. Mais tout ce beau spectacle est à nuancer avec un service lent et une fréquentation "below standard".

Potential to be great, just make sure yo get it right. Great location and great looking property. View amazing Plus points Staff very helpful in every matter. Techinical team was helpful fixing some issues we had with personal belongings. Room for improvement. The towels could be of better quality (bath and pool). Our room (818) had no shelf or anything in the shower area to keep soaps, gels etc. Breakfast should be better and staff should inform that there are cooked options available. Improve English of some staff at each point. You are on the way to a greta property just check all issues properly.

The hotel is well located in the center of Abidjan with a great view from the 7th and 21st floor. The setup, decor, and furniture are very nice. Overall, it is good, and there are no similar properties in the town.

Top class hotel right in the Central Business District of Abidjan, Plateaux. Great atmosphere. Somehow you do not feel the hustle and bustle of the city when you are in the hotel. The restaurant on the seventh floor elevates you above the usual noise of the traffic. You get to see the lagoon as well as other parts of the city.

The noom Hotel is definitely one of the best in Abidjan, they have an amazing staff, always ready to help and serve with smile. The bar, the pool and the restaurant are on the 7th floor giving a beautiful landscape on Abidjan downtown. The food is really good and I think it a great spot for sunset, you should definitely give it a try.

Went there for the rooftop bar. It was a beautiful view and the place looked nice. The staff were nice but had no haste getting our beers, we had to go to the bar several times because they seemingly forgot or had to delegate between themselves. It was pretty annoying having to wait more than 10 minutes to be served two bottled beers.

Enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant on the 7th floor with the view of the lagoon. The 4 seasons pizza was delicious, much better than what we had at the Pullman. Will definitely go there for the pizza again.

Visited Noom Hotel for a family brunch for New Year’s Day. We were told to go to the 21st floor restaurant as the one on the 7th floor was full to capacity. On the 21st floor we were met by a very rude, unfriendly staff called Marie-France. She ignored us and when we asked her what was taking so long, she continued to ignore and laugh with her colleagues up until her manger intervened. The service was beyond terrible and she makes the amazing staff at Noom look terrible. She in particular need of retraining.
