This
has
been
a
very
negative
experience.
The
dealership
is
clean
and
comfortable
but
the
service
is
terrible.
I
went
in
for
the
standard
5000k
service
on
my
brand
new
imported
Fortuner
from
Gibraltar.
First,
they
refused
to
recognize
the
car
having
a
warranty
because
it
was
not
purchased
through
them.
It
took
letters
and
communication
from
Europe.
I
was
treated
very
rudely.
Then
they
messed
up
my
alignment
on
the
vehicle
performing
an
oil
change.
I
was
sent
to
another
garage
for
repairs
because
their
machine
was
broken.
They
did
not
pay
for
the
repair
-
new
car
their
fault!
They
have
been
unable
to
give
me
the
kit
that
goes
with
the
car
as
well.
My
brother
has
the
same
vehicle.
At
standard
oil
change
they
failed
to
properly
replace
the
oil
nut
-
33
of
oil
drained
out
in
10
km.
He
is
lucky
the
engine
was
not
ruined.
Paying
twice
as
much
for
service
to
avoid
warranty
cancellation
for
shoddy
service.
Pick
your
game
up
Toyota!
