Unique location in Abidjan and first space of its kind. The design and architecture moves you to Indonesia or Bali. The service is excellent from the parking lot which is rare enough to mention. I only experienced the bar. Again visually you feel transported out of Abidjan. The cocktails were a bit watery and light but nothing that cannot be improved. I liked the Knick knacks served with the drinks. Overall a place I will definitely go back to. Update: I tried the restaurant for lunch. Service was perfect and the dish was well executed. Good value for money for the bar food too.

Came here for lunch and had a pleasant experience. They offered a lunch prix-fix menu which I appreciated. The food was fresh, tasty and nicely presented. The portion sizes are perfect for me, but likely too small for the average ivorian. Service was impeccable.

Love this hotel, Great location with top notch service! Everyone was pleasant, gave me a great preview of what I was going to experience in Cote d'Ivoire. The service at the restaurant was excellent, though in one instance I thought the male host could have been a bit more pleasant, or maybe it was me. The breakfast experience was amazing, the staff made it so enjoyable. The fruit juices were delicious. The gym was clean and perfect. My room was carefully cleaned, probably one of the very few hotels rooms I felt comfortable walking around barefoot. I was on the third floor, blacony was great especially at nights to enjoy the moon-lit sky!

Fantastic long-term stay at this hotel. Breakfast could use a bit more variety/rotation - but otherwise absolutely thrilled and will be visiting again on my next business trip

I went there for lunch, it was pretty good! Customer service was really nice! I went there in a Sunday and it was pretty quiet, I even read a little lol! I ate inside but I saw some people enjoying the hot weather outside, I wasn’t about that life lol! Oh and shout of to my waiter Emile, he gave me great suggestions! Clean bathroom too.

I stayed a few nights in March 2023. This was easily the best hotel I've stayed in for my last several trips to Africa. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the internet was fast, the gym was top notch (staffed with a personal trainer), and the service very good. I'll stay here again on my next trip.

I’ve stayed here now 3 times and have referred many colleagues. I keep coming back to give them a chance to improve their service, but it seems things are getting worse rather than better. The rooms are great. The hotel is beautiful. However the food is quite horrible and the customer service for some staff members is lacking. Really not the standard I expect from a Design Hotel by Marriott

Officially became my favourite hotel in Abidjan, although i personally did not stay there overnight, i had my parents check in for a mini one week getaway from Accra and i was extremely suprised at how bewildering La Maison Palmier would be. From the food, to the staffs, indoor and at the gates, everything was truly A1. I joined my parents for breakfast every morning, and once for dinner, the food is exquisite ! As an interior designer, i was super curious to see their rooms, and it did not disapoint. It was uniquely but simply designed, with vibrant colours harmonised together, natural looking materials to bring that sense of calmess and comfort but also mild sophistication, Afro touches here and there in the choices of furniture picks. It gave me designed boutique hotel vibes. You would not expect to find an atmosphere like this in Abidjan, as from the exterior, the high up white walls give off plain, it's an amazing sanctuary inside.

Visited the place for dinner on New Year’s Eve . Food was missing the African seasoning but the host (Elysee) was amazing with exceptional customer service. He definitely made up for the unseasoned food.

Beautiful and welcoming exterior. Reception is lovely and homely. The room is clean and attention to details by the interior design is great. Great for videos and Instagramers lol. I personally don't like antic design but I like the work done. Washroom clean. If you are looking for a good and classy hotel in town this is recommended. Breakfast options limited but ok. Food is expensive and not really great. Cost of a standard room is the same as the popular hotels.This is a 4 star hotel.

I recently stayed here for two weeks and was extremely happy with the hotel. The room decor was lovely, everything was comfortable and the entire place is immaculate. I ate many meals here and enjoyed all of them, especially the fish. Perhaps most importantly, the customer service is absolutely excellent. If I asked a question, they found a solution. This was a work trip yet staying here made it feel loke a vacation. I look forward to returning.
