Since we moved to Killeen last year, Precious has been braiding my daughters hair. She has been able to outdo all of my style requests and I never worry about the quality of her work. Also, my daughter has autism and sometimes social situations can be hard for her. But she loves precious and she always makes my daughter feel comfortable during her appointments. 10/10 would always recommend her!

First I would like to say, I met the stylist off style-seat which is where I really messed up. Stylist name starts with a Krystal, short light skin lady. I just had surgery less than 24 hours on my legs, due to I was diagnosed with Edema which causes your feet, ankles, legs and thighs to swell heavy, very painful), it causes fluid to not be able to travel back up to the heart. Fast forward, Stylist did my hair, Upon finishing my hair, which was a quick weave and a sew in closure, I wasn’t pleased with the outcome. I asked the stylist politely if she could fix it. All I got was “ shut up I’m the stylist and I’ve been doing this 6 years blah blah”. Anyway, as she continued to yell over me I stood up and asked her to just remove it and I’d still pay. Paying was not the issue. After getting yelled at , and me telling her I wasn’t going to shut up, she pulls my closure and weave completely out my head. This lady literally , tore every inch of weave off my scalp. I couldn’t even defend myself I was so weak. She threw things off her station at me and everything. I finally got up out of there. I ended up calling the police. The owner didn’t want to provide the cameras and the one witness that was there didn’t want to talk. I left with a balled head. And now I’m seeing several doctors and talking to a lawyer. I’m in so much pain. I’m so upset that this happened at my most vulnerable moment.I believe this stylist knew I was vulnerable that day. All I’m saying is be careful when finding people off these sites.I have videos and pictures if anyone trying saying this review is not legit.The owner AK, did offer to do my hair free the next day, but I decided my scalp was too damaged for anyone to touch.

Star did such a good job on my braids last minute. I had an appointment 6am and the stylist I was supposed to see cancelled. I posted on the bell county page and Star offered to do my hair on her day off. She was do accommodating and the process was painless. She made sure to moisturize my hair while braiding which a lot of braiders don’t do. I’ll definitely be back !

I’m so late!!! A month ago I got my hair silk pressed and cut by AK. She did an amazing job. I told her take what needs to go and she did just that. Thank you AK once again for slaying my hair and serving greats vibes in your salon!

I always go to Sabrina for a silk press, trim and protein treatment. She’s provides quality service and really tells you what your hair needs. I highly recommend this salon especially for natural hair. Kairos is very welcoming and provides great services.

Went to get my 3yo starter locs with Star. She was awesome and very patient with him. They were very neat and look amazing. We will definitely be going back for his touch ups.

My daughter and I have been going to Sabrena at Kairos for silk presses every 2 weeks. Her silk presses are absolutely amazing!! I have been able to maintain them without my hair reverting back to my natural curls (minus water activities of course). She also did color on each of us that turned out perfectly. 🥰 Since the first time we booked with her, she has been our regular stylist. She offers hair growth tips and products for both my daughter and I. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and I will continue to be a regular client.

I’ve been getting my hair done by AK (the owner) for 3 years, back when I had her cut all my hair off. Today I got her famous silk press and as always, it was flawless!!! Thanks, AK I love Kairos Hair salon.

This is my 3rd time coming here and never leave disappointed! The workers is VERY WELCOMING and always try to make sure that the customers feel comfortable. The vibes is always a 10 because they let us binge watch and enjoy some TV because they knew some of us were going to be sitting in the chair for a while. Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable and awkward since I have been coming here. My stylist Precious has been taking her time making sure my hair is done the way I want it to be done. I know that there was 2 other stylist and I can tell they were tired but still showed great resilience, patience, and respect for their clients. They always made sure that every single one of their clients were okay and felt comfortable during their service. I loved how the stylist relied on each other whenever the other person needed help. Precious offered me food and didn’t even charge me for it. I love coming here because the prices is very reasonable and the workers are understanding and respectful. I WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10 🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊

This place is has a very welcoming environment for you to treat yourself! I got my hair silk pressed and cut for the first time in almost 10 years! Let me tell you I had DAMAGED ends and Miss AK did my hair and convinced me to just let go off the dead hair. she made it looked so cute!! i absolutely love it! Thank y’all!! <3

I accidentally stumbled onto this hair salon in the beginning of the year. I was searching for a place to fix a horrible bob haircut with bags I had gotten in another salon. I had been crying over my bad haircut and was so sad but they were able to fix it. Right after that I moved to Austin, and I haven’t been able to find a salon as good as this one. Today I drove from Austin and got a Trim / curly cut from Sheree and she totally SLAYYEEDDD my hair. I couldn’t be happier! I will continue making the drive from Austin for this wonderful service, and the cheery on top is that everyone at this location so nice! <3

Environment was very relaxing. I called today for twists on natural hair and was booked today with the owner AK. Prompt, courteous service. I will definitely return-next time for mini twist hairstyle instead of medium twist hairstyle for longer wear.😊
