The line moves fairly quick here. The menus are placed strategically along the waiting line so you can be ready to order when you arrive at the cashier. The cashier was friendly and did a good job of taking, and repeating back to us, our order. The wait to get the food was average. He restaurant is usually busy so a little wait is to be expected. On this visit we were given the wrong sushi order. As I was about to go bring it to an employees attention, a server brought us the correct order and apologized for the incorrect one brought earlier. The restaurant could work on the overall cleanliness. I understand that can be a project when it gets busy, but that is what every customer sees and impacts the overall experience. The tables are routinely dirty and finding someone to clean them is a trick. Easier to do it yourself, although doesn’t cleaning your own table seem contrary to why you’re eating out?! Overall the food was good, not great. Service was quick and efficient, and cleanliness was poor.

It's a tale of two rating criteria: service and food quality. The food quality was really good, whereas the service and attitudes were terrible. The food rates either a 4 or 5. The service rates a one. Employees seemed genuinely annoyed that a customer walked in at 4:30 pm (the place was completely empty), and it showed the whole time I was there. Would I recommend? Maybe. The food quality was good, but the poor service helped usher in early onset indigestion. Updated review: Went back for a second try in late August 2022. Originally gave 3 stars with above review... Downgrading to 1 star. Online hours show that this establishment opens at 11:00 am. Hours posted at premises says that it opens at 11:00 am. Arrived at 11:15 am. Doors were unlocked so it should be open. I walk in and go to order and nobody's there at the counter. Wait five minutes and ask "Is anyone here?". Get a reply of "I'll (F-word in gerund form) get to you in a minute. Waited five more minutes and this time asked "If you're not open or ready I'll come back in a while". Get a reply so full of expletives I can't post them here. I left, and will never be back. The sooner this place goes out of business the better. A disgrace to the brand and a splinter on the posterior of the Lubbock business community.

The yum yum shrimp were anything but; bland, hardly hot & barely sauced. The crab wonton was burnt & the insides resembled neither crab nor cream cheese. I have a broken arm. For my lettuce wraps, they brought me a 1/4 of a wilted lettuce head, to assemble myself. The counter help was sullen, at best. My 1st time here; I am not impressed. Waste of money.

I am so impressed with the hard working Manager. That little lady was so impressive. My food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Thanks PeiWei.

Not what it use to be! There was plenty of food on each plate. The lettuce wrap, had brown all over the lettuce. Sesame tofu with noodles 🍜 was good. The broccoli 🥦 was the best part. The chicken teriyaki was bland.

Food was extremely spicy and not edible even though it was on the menu as a level 1 for spicy. Immediately called and was assured that I would receive a refund. I offered to bring the food back to prove it had not been eaten but was told that wouldn't be necessary. No refund was ever issued or a call back after I left my number and asked for a call back. After repeated phone calls I was told there was no record of my call or a request for a refund and very rude customer service.

I ordered online. My order was quick. As soon as I walked in it seemed dark and gloomy in there. The worker was too busy on her phone to react to me walking in. I ordered the firecracker chicken it was a good spicy for me wished there was more chicken in the entree. You’d get more at Panda for what you’re paying.

No wait staff as you order then sest yourself at this Asian eatery. A diverse menu broken up in simple categories with all dishes bright and flavorful. What makes this place stand out is the portion size is also diverse with tools that makes this establishment tops in value for money and taste.

My egg roll and chicken dumplings were very good, but my beef and broccoli was burned and had an unpleasant taste. The food ca.e ot fast. One employee was coughing all over the kitchen and needed to go home.

The staff here is very friendly and extra helpful! The food is incredible! The steak is tender and the shrimp is fresh! It was delicious down to the last bit! I thought it was a lil over priced but for the portions and quality it was well worth it!! The store is beautiful and clean! I'd eat here any time and recommend it to anyone! They even have healthy, gluten free and vegan options!

Every time I go here, my experience has been 10 out of 10! The people that work there are so nice and hardworking which is so hard to come by these days. Most of times I usually get the Beef Broccoli or either the Orange Chicken and it's always delicious! I especially enjoy the nice, clean, and quiet dining atmosphere.

I like their orange chicken because it isn’t too spicy for me. And they’ll cook carrots, etc tender on request. Good service; very attentive. Update: I ordered it again next visit, and it pushed my ‘spicy limit’ (maybe because it had more sauce this time; that may be the source of its spiciness).

Worst Asian food ever!!!! Noodles were dry and old! Fried rice had a weird sugary flavoring, that was not the same flavor as the sesame chicken. Chicken had a piece of bone or extremly hard cartilage in it. Kinda pricey for poor quality food!! Dont recommend, ever!!!

It's OK, the Mongolian beef is overcooked (in my opinion), the sauce is in your face, fried rice was cold. Presentation was lackluster. It's OK for a quick bite that may make you think of good Chinese food you may have eaten some time ago somewhere else. Portions are OK.

The new firecracker chicken dish is not all it's cracked up to be, missing the fire and a small portion of chicken, but enjoyable. The crab-wantons and egg rolls are decent. The Kung Pao shrimp is a colorful dish with peanuts and hints of sweetness worthy of a take home box.

Ordered the honey seared steak, got a completely different item. Even though I paid extra for my original entrée. No vegetables to be seen on any of the other entrees either.

My sister had the shrimp bowl, and it was just oily and does not taste fresh. My orange chicken I could only tell it was orange chicken because there were some orange slices in the bowl. The chicken had no sauce on most of it, and little on the ones under the orange. The chcken itself was dry. The rice is okay, but I thought it came with veggies ( maybe there been a menu change I was not aware of) The egg rolls are quite oily , and very little filling. The crab Rangoon is most cream cheese is little crab. It was ready to be picked up, so that is a positive The fortune cookie are your basic type, but two of the three had no fortune. So I guess that is good luck because the fortune cookie fairy owes me a fortune. It gave my family digestive issues within a couple of hours of consumption. It will be a very long time before we even consider eating here again.

Changes are needed. The food is terribly cooked here. Served in plastic bowls. Every fried dish smells like fish because I guess they don't change their oil. The noodle dishes were premade and stale. There is loud trailer park talk all the time from the kitchen area. Supposed to be a restaurant not "My name is earl." Pei Wei when it was a new chain had amazing food, actual plates, etc. The honey seered chicken ORIGINALLY was crunchy fried chicken drizzed with honey sauce on a bed of crunchy rice straws on a real plate with cloth napkin. What I got last week was soggy sugar coated chicken that tasted fishy in a doggy dish. And it cost as much as PF Changs, might as well go to PF changs.

This place continues to go downhill. Staff was unmotivated and made us wait while all 4 of them worked on a to go order as we stood at the ordering counter. Food was absolutely terrible. Kung Pao Chicken was not spicy at all - in fact sauce was nearly identical to what the Mongolian sauce usually tastes like, but even sweeter. The chicken had a strange texture - maybe it was all thigh meat, not sure. It was drowning sauce - making everything soggy. Pad Thai was inedible. Spicier than Kung Pao chicken dish with strong flavor of Siracha. Noodles cooked to near mush. They left sprouts and green onions off, so zero vegetables in it. They apologized for no sprouts and gave us a cup of raw sprouts to add to our dish ourselves and said they were out of green onions. Would have been nice to know up front. Also swimming in sauce to the point of being more of a noddle soup. Dish tasted microwaved but that could have been it was stir-boiled and not stir-fried. The edamame was room temp and not salted. Dumplings were obviously frozen - almost identical to the ones from my freezer and just as plain. We will never come back. I only left this review to save others from trying it one more time and I'm a bit salty at wasting over $30.00 and not really wanting to eat anything. This place has given up, and it showed.

My experience was absolutely horrific, and I will never dine there again. The lady working the togo area was extremely rude, and the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered a soup, and an appetizer, and both were awful. The soup was missing key ingredients, yet they served it anyway. The wontons were both cold, and extremely soggy. I requested hot chili paste, but there was nothing in my bag. After returning to address my concerns the togo worker was very rude, and seemed too preoccupied, although there were no other customers that I could see, to help me. When she did finally acknowledge my existence, she acted as if i were bothering her, and actually became argumentative. Overall it was a total waste of time and money, and it definitely left me NEVER wanting more!

9/29 ate lunch here and the food was very good. The deal breaker for us was being served in a disposable bowl with plastic fork and knife. When I paid 38 dollars for lunch for two I expect real silver ware and a plate. Had the pei wei spicy beef which has beans and carrots with rice and beef. Could stab the beans or carrots with a plastic fork so had to eat that portion of the meal with our fingers. Great food served with cheap utensils. I would expect that at a cheap carry out place, disappointing to say the least.

Girl at front was friendly but gosh it was freezing inside. My husband orders drunken noodles (no flavor). I got firecracker chicken with fried rice. The rice was cold and chicken wasn’t good. It seemed as if it were a microwaveable meal. Hey the beer was good!

This place used to be very good. Not sure what has happened recently. The past few times I’ve eaten here the taste and texture of the chicken has been extremely suspect, and the rice soggy.

Ordered the teriyaki tofu and it was completely soggy. I also ordered the shareable beans and they weren't cooked all the way. For the price point I expected things to be better prepared. I really wanted to love what I got but the tofu made me borderline throw up. And from reading other reviews it seems like the workers do not care about quality or consistency. Something in either management or training needs to change since it seems like staff is miserable.

Ordered takeout recently and the chicken pad Thai was extremely bland and sad. Also some of the chicken had the texture of wet styrofoam and it didn’t feel safe to eat. Other than that the customer service wasn’t bad but the food was so bad I won’t come back.
