Came in today around 430ish cause I needed insoles for my redwing boots and I was greeted by a very rude female employee i left shortly after because I didnt feel welcome and left empty handed. ive given this place many chances over the years to improve everytime ive went here ive been confronted by either an employee or a owner that is always rude and in a bad mood, and they just stare at you and even though you try to make conversation they ignore you or say somthing rude back when you have a question or need help, it makes me wonder how you stay in buisiness if your rude to everyone that comes in. my friend went in the other day and they were rude to him, this place needs to be improved very bad and whats worse yet the owner probably dosent even know the employess are rude, its a disgrace to the name redwing i spend alot of money on boots and im not gonna give my hard earned money to rude people.

Tried to go in and get sized for some moc toes and the girl behind the counter was very rude. She was very short tempered and ignored me when I was asking for help. I’d def think twice before going in a store that treats paying customers this way.

This place was super cute! I was in town for a Main Street conference and was able to pop in for a visit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their products and the inventory was amazing! They carry sorel and I was able to snag one of their newest models. The only photos I escaped with were of me admiring my new shoes!
