Worst place ever. I bought my wife an adult vibrating underwear. When I got home and my wife opened it the control wasn't working. I called the place back and explained that it's not working and they told me all sales are final. Didn't even try to work with me and exchange it. I told him it wasn't even worn. We took it out the box to see how it works first and it never did work. Won't recommend anyone here. Very unprofessional. Don't care about there customers.

Usually when I go there its a cool young guy working but on this night it was an angry old man. I went to the video store to buy about 5 movies and a few games. When I couldn't find the first two movies on the shelf, I went to the front and ask the guy can he look in the computer for my movies. He gave me an attitude and said YOU GOTTA LOOK FOR THEM. Usually the young guy that work there look the movies up with no problem but this guy lucky I was in a good mood. I just grabbed my wife and daughter and left, I will never go back...

The actual store was nice especially for the adult items but the two people working today were extremely rude and had attitudes. I honestly haven't been treated so rudely before. I opened a few products because I didn't know you were forbidden to open anything and they were extremely rude about it. Merely say, I'm sorry ma'am please don't open anything. I apologized many times, over and over and all I got was an eye roll. Also I find that policy a little silly, how am I supposed to know the quality of an item if I can't touch it? Needless to say I won't be going back after my experience today. They did have a good selection but it's easier to buy online than to deal with rude employees. If it weren't for the wide selection I would have given one star for the attitudes of the emoloyees.

I always enjoy the atmosphere of this place. It's quiet and packed with all types of videos, games and adult novelty items you can ask for (neatly secluded in back) I truly love it's feel. Not to mention the staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to pull out just the right video when you need it.Ive gotten plenty surprises with videos I'd been searching for 😁.I don't like to shop a lot but Turn Around is the exception to the rule when it comes to a variety of my entertainment needs!!

Hi I work here just want to let y'all know we got a smoke shop aide now and that we have caller I.D so if u call to try to prank us or to do the weird stuff when I ask us over sexualized questions trying to get off to it we know your number and we do report it also please stop asking if we have a movie theater or back back room we do not

The dvd selection is good, fun to browse. And the adult section had variety. One male staffer was very rude to a regular customer, but a female staffer was very friendly to me and my partner. So it's a hit or miss.

To be honest, the customer service seems OK in the beginning but for them to have their items priced the way that they do and they don’t have any testers out for you to test the vibration of the item that you’re about to spend upwards to $100 for I find ridiculous and also I had a issue with a toy that I purchased from there literally called them within an hours for them to tell me that I could only do an exchange, and they weren’t even going to give me what I paid for it towards the exchange so, even if I was to do an exchange, I would have left there, paying even more money for a toy because they sold me merchandise that was faulty you are better off ordering online you run the same amount of risk but with better chances I think it’s crazy that when I arrived to do the exchange, a man told me that the toy that is meant for females was calibrated correctly. When I’ve owned several of this product, so I know what it should feel like the highest (on the toy I got from them) setting is probably about a Low setting compared to other toys of the same model (Adam, and Eve is better and cheaper ) imagine paying almost $60 for a toy only for it not to work.

The store is well clean and very neat, great prices on a lot of things as well but I give it a three star because of an employee there that’s an elderly man (I don’t know the name with white hair) but just didn’t sit right with me and being creepy and along with my friends that I have brought to this shop because of how good this shop is, they also don’t feel well with that elderly man there they also commented how creepy he is just staring at us a lot and when talking to other employees on questions of products or etc he would be near or close like he wanted to jump in on the talk or just plainly staring at us. I would give it more stars if this place can fix the issue on this but until then I give it three
