We bought an 85" TV! The employees were very knowledgeable about the products and helped us load it up as well! My experience with the customer service is always great when I go! If your looking for anything that has to do with electronics this should be your first stop!

Small store. No demo units. Just out there to get your money, nothing much else. I generally stay away from best buy as they are always overpriced but this time they were the only store in my little town to carry a meta quest 3 headset. I hoped to test one. Alas no luck. They told me to go to their stores in greater Dallas area for that. Few days later I visited 2 stores around Dallas with no different results. If they shutter their stores entirely, no one will miss them I'm pretty sure.

Overall the experience here has been fine the few times we've visited. Most recently we bought a television and a washing machine and scheduled the delivery for today. Both my wife and I took off from work to be here for the deliveries. Yesterday they confirmed the delivery window time for today. Come to find out this evening that they are only delivering the TV today and the washing machine tomorrow, when we both will be at work. The only day we will be able to be home again would be on Saturday as we both work full time. The next available Saturday delivery is apparently a week and a half away. When I called to ask why they had done it, they just said "I don't know why they would split up the appointments, that's weird." Super helpful, thanks. We already disconnected the old washing machine and moved it out to the garage to make room for the new one. Not a great experience overall.

Picked up our new TV today and it’s broken! Trying to get ahold of anyone in the store is a nightmare! No one on their customer service team can apparently help me.

Power was out, came back on but a rude female employee wouldn't let anybody in until their systems came back up. Said I simply wanted to see if they had something in stock and she said sorry I don't care. Once you hire some employees that have maybe a fraction of customer service experience?

Knowledge of wireless technology is excellent. Associate provided complete data transfer to my new phone saving everything important.

We purchased an iBUYPOWER - TraceMesh Gaming Desktop – Intel Core i7-13700F – 16GB Memory – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 8GB – 1TB NVMe from Best Buy to replace our I5. I was shocked this pc is amazing from the lights, all the specs, liquid cooling and so much more. Definitely recommended

Best Buy in Wichita Falls, was where we went to find a UPS and phone charger. They had what we were looking for. The prices were a tad more higher than what we could order online, but didn't have time to wait for a delivery. The store wasn't too busy for a Saturday. It was clean, organized, and stocked fairly well. We were greeted upon entry, and the employee walked us to the first item for which we were searching. The cashier was friendly and offered us the customary last minute additions, for instance, additional warranty and charity donation. He was quick and helpful getting us checked out.
