Bought 3 packs of regular latex balloons and spent way more than I wanted to, but I wanted to make sure I had the right colors and was afraid I wouldn't find them anywhere else. Turns out, I did find then somewhere else and went back the very same day I bought them to return... only to find out they don't do returns or exchanges. I could understand not accepting returns on open items or things that would be unsanitary to take back, but I literally bought the balloons an hour before I tried to return them. They were unopened and i had my receipt. The worker was very nice and she actually had helped me find the balloons in the first place, but the owner or manager denied my refund. I don't understand what kind of establishment doesn't allow people to return items! What if someone buys too many of something, or there's a duplicate decoration that isn't needed.... or just a sudden change of plans and the celebration can't happen? I feel like as long as the item has not been opened, it should be able to be returned.

So, I set up a date for a bounce house for our lunch for our shop. Poor planning led me to realize at the last second that I didn't have enough tables and chairs for our lunch! I made one phone call and they not only delivered and set up the bounce house they delivered tables and chairs! Once the lunch was over, they came back and packed it all up. I could not be more pleased with their help. Saved the day! Thank you! I look forward to planning an event again and calling them. It was great!

We rented a double margarita machine for our parents 50th anniversary party. Party and jump delivered early so we had plenty of time to get it cold and ready for our guests. Larry got everything set up for us and was very helpful. When we had an issue with one side of the machine, he came right back to help us get it figured out! Our guests loved having piña coladas and margaritas all night! When the party was over, Larry, was there within 10 minutes to to pick it up! Fast, friendly service and extremely helpful employees. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you party and jump and thank you Larry!!

The older lady who is employed there is rude & no help. I walked In she didn’t acknowledge me.I then tell her the theme I’m looking for and she proceeds to go show me where thinks it would be at. Then she just says your welcomed to look around and walks away lol

A great place for rental party supplies. Very easy doing business with them and affordable. They will load your supplies and unload upon return.

Greatly appreciated the table and chairs for wedding ceremony and reception. What was not liked was that the margarita cooler, that is supposed to keep drinks cold, did NOT work at all. Now, having returned everything and speaking with the employees, the machine works just fine. We were supposed to stop everything that everyone was doing during a wedding and reception and call some highlighted number for technical difficulties. But, because no one had the opportunity to stop what they were doing and call said number, there's just nothing that can be done about it. I would like to think that there could/would be some sort of compassion/understanding that in the middle of a wedding and reception is not the most convenient time to be placing a technical difficulty phone call. But, there's absolutely NONE! $40 wasted. Thanks greatly appreciate it

This business has always been good to me. As a matter of fact I dropped the ball and forgot to order chairs for my Son's 13th birthday party the day prior and I called the day of and explained the situation and was allowed to pick up some chairs. BIG THANKS TO YOU ALL FOR SAVING THE DAY❤️

Only place I will go for my bounce house rental and party needs. We have used them many times for birthday parties and other events. Their bounce house set up is easy and they have always been on time which made things run much smoother!! Never had an issue scheduling and pricing is awesome! Definitely recommend them for any of your party needs!
