    While trying to pick up 2 door dash orders at this location, we had to wait in the drive thu line for 40 min since the lobby isn't open. When we finally got to the window they had only filled one order and said we would have to go through the line again. When we tried to explain that the first order would be cold by that point they said they didn't care. Once my friend explained she is hard of hearing and didn't understand why the second order wasn't ready the employee slammed the window closed on her and got the manager. The manager talked down to us and made up a story about not having much nacho cheese sauce left so we might as well leave and come back. When we said we wouldn't come back she also slammed the window closed again. Thanks to door dash for being understanding and canceling the order but the rudness and unprofessionall behavior and incompetence we were shown is unbelievable. Don't support taco bell if they are going to treat customers this way.

    The food quality and quantity is not what I am rating. I am rating this establishment for the service. The lobby is still closed and the wait for the drive thru was barely tolerable. We went to pick up our order at 1130 and waited in line til after 12 to finally leave with our food. We didn’t complain because we have talked to the staff before and they have always apologized for the wait but have explained that on most shifts they only have a staff of two.

    This has to be THE WORST taco Bell in Kansas. if youre a Door Dasher, dont accept orders from here when they are busy. The lobby is only open when they arnt busy, but as soon as the lunch rush rolls around they close up shop... every time. Ive waited more than 30 minutes a hand full of times in the drive through on Door Dash orders and the customers ( taco bells customers) complain about how long it takes to deliver their food. Atleast the Taco Bell on Anderson lets Door Dashers in the lobby even if they are closed. Having to wait that long hurts Door Dashers. Very much reccomend ordering from the Taco Bell on Anderson instead.

    The biggest complaint here is time. It is always very slow, but this can be due to multiple things, no dine in (drive thru only), the other taco bell in MHK closed, and they may not have enough staff/have a hard time hiring. So if you are craving Taco Bell and see no line jump in then, do not wait or comeback later it could be 45min-1hr wait.

    Lobby is closed and that's how I mark it store closed.I decline orders to deliver from here. Both stores have closed lobbies, due to no staff. They must be going bankrupt if they can't up the wages to keep employees or they have a piss poor district manager to work for. Ours always stepped up when time got tough. Sorry the staff has to take the blunt of it while someone hides behind a desk.

    I went by the taco bell on the west side of Manhattan, it had two cars in the parking lot and a line out onto the street for drive up. This was before noon and I tried to get into the lobby and it was closed. When I left the truck at the end of the line had not moved. When I got to the east store. The lobby was running over and four cars at the drive up. Less than 5 minutes I had my food.

    Got breakfast food for my family and as I got out the cheesy roll up for my son I notice what looks like a booger for molded piece of cheese. Waited by the door for about 10 minutes before someone finally came over. Proceeded to act as if I'm a burden for asking for my money back. Finally gives me my money and turns around and locks the door without saying a single word. Highly disappointed
