My husband was working in the Big Lake area at the time he caught strep throat. He was bad enough that he took himself to the E.R. there. He said he can tell they did not care about treating anything. They ran a test on him and it came back negative. They told him he was fine and to sleep it off. He was so sick he decided to come home. I made an appointment for him in our home town, where they tested him again, and it came back POSITIVE. Now, I just received a bill from them for $1,400!!! For them to do nothing for him!! He had to drive 8 hours home sick as a dog to get the medical help he needed! They are unprofessional and untrustworthy, if you need medical attention I suggest going somewhere else, anywhere else but there.

This was my first experience with TeleDoc. Dr. Ross was very professional and gathered all the information that I felt like he needed to make an accurate diagnosis. He was very easy to talk and visit with.
