We went to Mineral Wells for an overnight trip to see William Clark Green and The Baker. We considered staying at a traditional hotel but are so glad we went with the more intimate B&B option. The home used to be an old boarding house built in 1907 and the owners have done a fantastic job of maintaining its historic charm while integrating modern comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was so soft. I slept well and usually don’t when I travel. We chose the breakfast add on and were so pleased with the presentation and portions. We couldn’t even finish it all and the whipped coffee was a fantastic treat. The Inn is within walking distance of the most adorable shops and restaurants in Mineral Wells.

What an amazing and comfy home place that checked all our hopes and wishes Boxes. My Daughter and I were there celebrating her 40th Birthday and wanted a relaxing yet quaint town that had history and fun. Magpie Inn was the first draw to Mineral Wells and a spa experience on their web site sealed it. Plus they even offered a BIRTHDAY set up with balloons, cake, treats and fizzy birthday soda. The breakfasts are delicious and out of this world, most definitely Not your typical everyday fare. Gourmet and beyond satisfying. Another trip in the near future for sure. Thank you Megan and Jeremy for a wonderful, comfortable and delicious Birthday getaway for my Daughter and I.

Jeremy and Magen, thank you so very much for a wonderful, relaxing and very comfortable night at the Magpie Inn! Everything about the Inn is exceptional! Parking was so easy, the comfort and quiet of the location was appreciated. The room was so clean and comfortable. I just can't thing of anything that needed attention because you already thought about it and provided it. Breakfast was delicious! I am going to have to work on learning how to poach a pear and make granola that was as yummy as yours. Looking forward to returning to the Magpie Inn and strolling the streets of Mineral Wells.

My husband and I stayed at the Magpie Inn while passing through Mineral Wells. We had never stayed in a B&B before, and this little gem was the perfect first experience! We stayed in Room 2 and it was so warm and cozy, all the little details show how much thought is put into making you feel at home the moment you arrive. Do yourself a favor and add the breakfast option! We had ours brought up to our room, and it was delicious! I do not hesitate to give 5 stars to Magpie Inn. If we ever travel through this are again, we will not hesitate to come back!

Had wonderful stay! The house is older but beautiful which is its charm. We had breakfast in our room, one morning and breakfast at the dining table the next morning and both were great! I would recommend staying here for your visit in Mineral Wells!

Magpie Inn was recommended by cousins who had visited previously and I soon realized the high praise was well deserved. Magen and Jeremy were excellent hosts, personable, hard-working, very informative, and obviously proud of their inn and community. I was impressed with their attention to detail in the comfortable rooms such as charging stations by each bed, a box fan and overhead fan, a small fridge, and toiletry items (make-up remover, shampoo & conditioner, bath gel). Breakfast was delicious each morning and Magen even made biscuits and gravy after we'd shared different recipes the day before. I was there on New Year's Eve and they set up hats and horns on the sideboard which always housed snacks and candy. The inn is also located within walking distance of the small downtown area. A final note is that the communication with the hosts was excellent before and during my stay, whether via text, email, or phone. I highly recommend visiting the Magpie Inn.

We really enjoyed our stay on a quick stopover in America on our way home to Australia. We were recommended Mineral Wells as a destination and happy to find Magpie Inn. Super comfortable bed in a lovely, spacious and cheerful room with an ensuite. Spotlessly clean room and everything was comfortable and immaculate. It was easy to walk downtown to restaurants and cafes. Very generous and friendly hosts. Lots of extras - crazy water, snacks and chocolates.

Magen and Jeremy, thank you so much for your amazing southern hospitality this weekend! You made our celebration weekend very memorable. Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb and delicious. The chocolate birthday cake was the best chocolate cake we have ever eaten. This was the first time for some of us to stay in a bed and breakfast and my friends were not disappointed. We give Magpie a 10 and can't wait to celebrate with y'all again soon!!!
