    Worst Taco Bell!!! This location skimps on fillings big time!! Not even hot. I tried this McPherson location 5 times and always the same. Almost nothing in the burritos. Sucks. I will avoid. The Newton Taco Bell fills em up. 👌

    Ownership needs to hire more people.. and the 2 people that did show up on the Friday daytime shift deserve a raise and some extra training. They were doing their best but were clearly overwhelmed. 2 people can not effectively run an entire operation. The food was average in quality and quantity.

    Went there Wednesday evening, and they tried to give me a chalupa where the shell wasn't even fried it was white. I told them and they brought me another one but it was the same. I took it back to them, and they got the lady manager on duty who tried to tell me thats how they're supposed to be and asked me if I'd rather have it burnt. So after i sat back down and decided to try and eat the taco which was the edible, they actually did bring me one that was cooked. So they know that's not how chalupas are supposed to be. Lol

    If I could give zero stars I would. Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t let me speak at all hung up the phone on me. Went inside the business trying to talk to her and she continued to speak overtop me and told me she refused to help me or even replace my breakfast items with lunch items instead. Did nothing to try and solve the problem. Asked to speak to someone higher than her and she refused. Never doing business with this taco bell again. Spoke to a very nice manager in Fremont who apologized on her behalf and said this isn’t the first time she has had complaints on the manager here. She also offered to help put me in touch with the general manager. I’ve done customer service for years and this is not how you treat customers at all.

    Came in for lunch, on the self checkout lanes is a photo of a new product (grilled cheese nacho fries). I thought it looked great so I ordered it. I dined in, when the order was given to me I opened up the box and it was 1/4 full and 3 pieces of steak. I brought it up to the manager they stated there was nothing wrong with the product. I requested a return and it was processed. I also made a comment on the false advertisement from the photo on the screens to the product being delivered. I never raised my voice or used derogatory terms. The manager started to get upset and then requested I leave. Poor service. I do not recommend this store.

    Looks like a newer facility, and it was clean. The staff was prompt. It seems like the meat fillings were a little light. Standard Taco Bell otherwise.

    The first one star I’ve left on Google reviews. Stopped after a basketball game on the way home, took over 30 min to get an order to-go. The kitchen staff were passing their vapes to the construction workers working on the drive thru, all while coughing and sneezing on their gloves while preparing our food. Food was cold anyways. Disappointing Friday night stop to say the least.

    The management staff is very hateful. They rush you and treat you like you are dumb. Ordered a burrito Supreme and got a whole lot of red sauce and very little meat. I will never be a customer at this location again.

    Ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a $5 box and Taco Supreme. Asked for light ice in the drink. Was regular amount of ice. The box food was not put into a box. It was slopped into the bag. The reason I say slopped into the bag was because 2 of the food items were not wrapped like they should have been. There was food falling out of the wrappers. The Chalupa had very little meat in it. Sour Cream squirted on one corner on one side of the taco. The Taco Supreme that was ordered was broken. The Crunchwrap Supreme only had about half in it if that. Will have to say tho, the cinnamon twists were the best i have had from there. Usually there are more twists without cinnamon suger than with. I asked for *HOT* sauce and there were only a few. They give me more *MILD* sauce than hot sauce. I did not ask for any *MILD* sauce! I also asked if they had run out of boxes for the box food. I was told *NO* I just put it in the bag.. It was a horrible experience!

    I fully detest using the kiosk and giving Taco Bell my personal information. They don't need it. Order processing is much faster with a clerk. It is easier to review options from the menu board above the counter. Everyone should contact Taco Bell and demand they go back to counter service.
