😐 Not a terrible place but why they cannot afford to put an INNER/OUTER thigh machine is beyond me!! I’ve requested one several times to no avail. Women need one of those machines and I refuse to join again because of this reason. Far too expensive to not have what is needed. People often mention class,

Our family joined the (Y) about 2 years ago and since then we have grown healthy and have tons of memories. They are truly like Family and have always been helpful and resourceful. From Health to family game nights or even date nights for me and wife it always a adventure!

Karla and her team are excellent when it comes to customer service. The team provide a comfort atmosphere in all ways. The most important they assure great care of our Grandchildren while my daughter & son in law work out each morning. Also, when Karla took a quick response in taking care of an issue right of way that I saw to be a hazard to every little one that played in the Y's playground. Not anyone's fault at the Y nor the maker of the slide area. She rapidly took care of thw concern and remedied the issue. Overall a great place to be as we make it part of our daily lives. And look forward to each morning in enjoying talking to the other members that we share the Y and of course the staff when time permits. I would recommend this family place to anyone and everyone. I see all of it's employees as an asset for this wonderful Huge organization. Thank you! Respectfully, Russell S. Rojas & Family....

I had been a member for almost 5 years. Cancelled my membership today. What used to be a personal local fitness facility has been replaced by a smiling façade for an impersonal corporate machine that values revenue over personal service. They used to value personal communication but now relies on third party email billing services for communication. (make sure to check your junk email)

Policies not listed nor told to father for y playhouse at facility or online. Employees unprofessional/rude in reporting policies in question. I will not be going back. As a mother I expect for the employees to do their due diligence in making me feel comfortable when picking up my child. Or...... list your policies so there's not an issue resulting in confusion and frustration.

I’ve been going there since 2020 and I enjoy one one interactions with my instructors. In the exercise classes that I take, team members are very encouraging especially in Brad class where I’m the only grandma in the Boot Camp and Y-Warrior classes. The young ones including Brad, make me want to go daily. They look out for me. I love that.

It was very easy to apply for financial assistance. Family friendly, kids can work out with thier parents after orientation, and fun!

All three of my kids are loving the Summer Day Camp program! They are very tired at the end of the day when it's time for bed! I love it!! They talk about all the things they're learning too and that makes this mama's heart even happier to know that their brains are being used during the summer! Thanks for all that you do!

On a good note the facility does stay clean and is very kid friendly. Bad side, I have a membership with a competitor that I pay $15 less a month and can use their facilities all over the USA when I travel. The Y is very limited on where I can go. Another bad is the Boot Camp Class that was offered went from being part of your membership to being a class you have to pay for in addition to your monthly fee. This class is no different than spin, boxing, zumba, etc.... Why the additional charge? Pathetic.

Very disappointed in the scheduling of activities, tried to put my kids in sports and they cancelled on us. Signed up and paid in full for private swimming lessons, showed up and the pool was empty. No phone call or anything. Never again.

People of all ages come here and all the staff and trainers are very nice and very helpful. It's a family oriented place to work out at. My grandkids love the pool! Bathrooms and showers are always kept clean!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly wonderful yoga class at the Joshua Community YMCA. Let me tell you, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. First things first, let's talk about the front desk staff. From the moment I walked in, their welcoming smiles and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. It's always such a lovely touch when you're greeted with kindness, especially when you've had a gnarly day. They made the check in process easy and painless. Next the studio itself had this calming vibe that instantly put me at ease. Soft lighting, tranquil colors, and a sense of serenity in the air—it was like stepping into a little oasis of zen. The ambiance alone was a perfect warm-up for the fabulous class that I took that day. Now, let's get down to the yoga class itself. Led by Kiffany, an instructor who clearly knew her stuff, the session was an invigorating blend of poses, stretches, core work and mindfulness. But what truly stood out was the way she encouraged us throughout the class and not to stress about perfection. I also met the other people taking the class and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. All in all, my visit to Joshua Community YMCA was an absolute treat. The combination of a serene studio, welcoming staff, friendly members. and a top-notch yoga class taught by a fabulous instructor made it an experience I'll definitely be returning to. If you're in the mood to unwind, stretch, and embrace a little self-care, I definitely recommend giving this place a shot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
