I have ate at this Qdoba for years because it’s always been great and I was in love with the guacamole there but recently the guacamole has because grainy/not as smooth and zesty with almost solid avocado halves and not the freshest veggies such as the lettuce. I get the same thing every time and have been given less portions then ever before :( I still love going just wish it was like how it use to be.

The portion size is very poor... barely any rice or beans (and thats the filler) they just stack/spread things and make it look full... In pic #3&4 you can see how much rice i slide before hitting the bottom of the bowl container... definatly not worth the money... this Qdoba is a hit or miss depending on whose working that day...

The chicken bowl was delicious; all the additional ingredients were tasty and fresh. A bit pricy, but it was worth it.

Great customer service and delicious foods as always. They always put adequate amounts of what I ordered. I usually ordered the " bowls ". The rice, smoked brisket. Especially, this briskets were delicious. Also, other side foods ( veggies and cheese sauces) were so delicious. I ordered a guacamole and fresh tomato salsa were great for rice!! They open eat in areas, we could eat inside the store. We went to the lunch time on Sunday. The employees were so helpful and friendly even there were crowded. Everyone was so polite! Inside the store was so clean and tidy. Tables and chairs were very clean. I strongly recommend the store. still close the tables. I will visit again soon.

Greet your customer. Dont just stare at me. All 3 workers on the line acted like they were miserable. The cashier was on his phone. The food was fine, but not the best.

Chicken bowl is delicious with good quantity. Guacamole is fresh and additional ingredients are tasty and fresh. Great and fast service.

I love their customer service don’t get me wrong but everything on both of the bowls I order tasted and looked old. The lettuce was welted and brown, the guacamole was olive green from being out too long, and my food was so cold.

******Update. Their bots reply to my review and ask me to email my concerns in Um…..no You want me to do more work now to fix your operational issues? Better idea, have your regional director call, text, or email me. Happy to speak with them. I don’t expect them to reach out Train wreck. The lettuce was all fully brown and the guacamole was black. Lastly the employees must think they’re really living the thug life in Junction City. Lol Turn the obnoxious rap music off in the kitchen Nobody wanted to hear it

I normally love getting food from here but was highly disappointed half way through my burrito and there being multiple pieces of hair.

Showed up during dinner rush to pickup an online order. They apologized and let me know you it may be late due to staffing and the rush, and took care to check in regularly during the rush to apologize thoroughly and keep me posted. They even threw in a free drink. This is great service and while I was not mad about the late pick up, the amazing service still helped that much more. Thank you so much!

They help my fiance find a great meal despite her onion allergy. Amazing staff, they all helped, and everyone had a smile on their face while doing. They seemed genuinely happy to help. This is the kind of service all places should strive for.

Fresh food fast. $36 for a family of five, two kids meals, three burritos. Their pico de Gallo with some of the best I’ve ever tasted.

Depending on the time of day will determine wether you get your food in 5 mins or in half an hour goods decent nothing to sing songs about

I loved all the workers serving my sister and l. They were making jokes and having a wonderful time. One was willing to go to the shadow realm to get us tomatoes. Highly recommend!!!

Freshly made ingredients. Good service. Clean bathrooms. And plenty of seating, outdoors and indoors. Plus a nice sunset to boot!

I love that they've added shrimp to the menu. Always a standard go-to for a quick lunch.

Don't waste your time on post. The off post location is best. But, don't order the guacamole. It's not fully avocado. It has the texture of cooked zucchini. The flavor is off and it's watery.

I felt bad walking in because i don’t know anything about the menu but not only were they patient, there was a young guy there, curly hair, kinda tall, i didn’t get his name, and he explained all the toppings to me and their spice. that made my experience all the better. then of course, the food was delicious. good service and good food

Ordered with DoorDash. Delivery service did great. Our family ordered dinner to include a chicken bowl with queso diablo in it, and a order of nachos. The bowl did not have any queso added to it, making the bowl very dry with the black beans in it. The chips were old and greasy, leaving us with just the dip to eat with their forks.
